Rick’s Auto Body is awesome. Customer service is fabulous. They finished repairs on my vehicle in the time frame they said. They even washed my car. They also mentioned that my engine is clicking and I should have it looked into. Wonderful company!!

My car looks and runs beautifully! Joey Kuhns, Manager of Rick’s Auto Body, kept me informed and up-to-date with all repairs. Additionally, he took the time to explain to me exactly what the damage was and how the repairs corrected it. In addition, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule! I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

Very professional, friendly and courteous. Worked well with the insurance company. Scheduled my repair to my rear bumper of my 2016 chevy malibu at my convenience. Kept me updated on progress. Contacted me about unforseen damage behind my rear bumper. Finished in a timely manor with perfect results. Looks brand new. This is the 4th repair they have done for me and I'm always satisfied with the completed repair.

The folks at Rick's Carstar were efficient, timely, and sensitive to our needs. We told them that we would be paying out of pocket for the repairs, so they replaced only what couldn't be repaired and didn't try to upsell us on replacing all the parts like some other auto body shop we got an estimate from. We told them that we would not be renting a car, and they actually finished the job a day ahead of what they promised. The car looked great when we picked it up. They blended the paint seamlessly. I am very happy with the job they did at the price they charged.

RAB did a great repair on my BMW SUV. Instead of replacing doors and a rear panel, they chose to reshape them, saving me money and time. All dents gone, a perfect paint match. It looks like a new car! I'm thrilled at the result. Bravo to the experts at Rick's!
