Rate 0. Drove 34 miles for carpenter bee traps that they said they would set aside. When I got there they only had wasp traps. They didn't know the difference. Never even apologized for the error or inconvenience

Never go wrong with Ace! I went to 5 different stores looking for a black and decker battery. I walked in the door and immediately representative asked if I wanted assistance. Took straight to what I was looking for. I went to Lowes, True Value, Rural King, and Tractor Supply. 5th store ACE! ACEis my store!

These guys are great! I ordered a grill with assembly and they took care of me great! Even were able to come a day early when I called in to ask about it. 5 start customer service with this Ace location for sure !!
