I lucked out by finding Professional Car Care Center! One rainy Saturday night, my Honda Pilot died. I had it towed to this garage. I could not have picked a better service center. The owner and head mechanic (Walt) is fantastic! He fixed the problem with the Pilot, plus he corrected some other issues. At the same time, Walt did everything he could to save me labor hours. Much appreciated! Honest, friendly, hardworking and skilled. I have already recommended this shop to others.

Great customer service but felt the pricing was was far too high due to including a large diagnostic fee [for finding no leak in the first place, btw] ON TOP of the already too large charge to fix the issue itself.IMO opinion if you diagnose no issue, you shouldn't charge over $100 on top of an already large bill of other work.Service: Air conditioning

After moving my 1990 Corvette from FL, I was looking for a good shop to take care of my car. Walter did some minor work but charged me over $1000 labor for what should have been 3 hours work. After reviewing the invoice, my mechanic from FL (who has performed all repairs since I bought this car) said "This guy is a clown and a rip off artist." My efforts to get an invoice that I could understand or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. Safe yourself a lot of headache and move on to another shop. This shop is anything but professional.

If you want a no hassle, professional automotive experience please stop by. I called on a holiday weekend with a slight emergency. The staff was extremely professional, understoodmy concerns and made time in their packed schedule to get me in and out. If your looking for a small business who treats you like family this is the place. Highly recommend.

GET A PRICE ESTIMATE UP FRONT. The full cost to purchase and install a starter was more than the dealer. Our fault for not asking for an up front estimate. The work was good and completed the same day, that gives them 3 of 5 stars. We won't be back.

I received a coupon for an oil change so I called to make an appointment. I was advised I could drop it off or wait four hours. I was trying to make a future appointment. Not very good customer service from the get-go

My family recommended Walter when I had an electrical issue with my headlight. I had replaced the bulb at home but it didn't fix the light. He did an excellent job and fixed it asap! The shop was comfortable and clean. It was ready later that day and he let us pick it up the next for our convenience! Great guy; awesome mechanic!

Charlatans. Caveat emptor! Went for a first time, perfunctory VA safety inspection after getting my car fully inspected and serviced 10-days prior. Walter took a couple hours and never provided an update. Finally had to call to see what was going on. He said the vehicle 'failed' the inspection and needed a transmission overhall, full rack and pinion replacement, realignment, etc. etc. etc. Laid it on real thick. It was comically bad. Needless to say, I quickly took my business to a shop ran by HONEST locals and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Wish I could leave a half or no star. Congrats, you took my $16 bucks, but I'll be sure to go elsewhere. Nunca más!
