HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. MY HUSBAND HAD A BUSINESS ACCOUNT TRANSFERRED OVER AND WE HAVE HAD NO LUCK AS OF YET HAVING ACCESS TO OUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE TRANSFER. THEY PUT IN A NEW SYSTEM THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO FUNCTION AND NOW THEY'RE TRYING TO FIX IT AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH OF US TRYING TO GET ACCESS TO OUR MONEY. WE ARENT YHE ONLY CLIENTS UNABLE TO GET ACCESS TO OUR MONEY. THE WHOLE BANK'S BEEN CLOSED DOWN. IT'S BEEN SAID, THAT ONLY ONE PERSON WHO ONLY WORKS THERE ON A CERTAIN FEW DAYS CAN WORK On OUR ACCOUNT. My husband has cancer, our kids hair school, we needed a new car, like y'all have no idea the struggle y'all have put on us. I want this issue hanfled and a call from corporate

I do not recommend this bank! constant problems with payment cards. app is not working properly. This is an old school bank. If you like to sit under the office and wait, then this is for you! unexpectedly without warning they closed checking acc had to beg for their money to go to another bank three visits to the branch!

Really friendly staff & this branch opens on time!!! Went to the Branch in Manassas on Sudley Road. Had business to attend to they are supposed to open at 9am. They didn't open up until 9:25. The entire staff their needs to be replaced.

I went and made a deposit at p n c bank and warrants in Virginia at 9:02 am on 11/27/20. After making my $500 deposit On my credit card I asked the lady could she write my after payment balance on my receipt as I have always gotten done with no problem. Today Laura refused to give me the person's name that I was dealing with that refuse to right the balance on the receipt so I don't know her name. Every month I go there and make my payment for my credit card the teller has always written my balance after payment on my receipt. Laura told me I won't be given you her name so therefore I couldn't add the girl's name in the complaint a corporate but long story short I'm upset at the fact I got different service then I have always received.

This branch (and bank in general) has been nothing but fantastic. After nightmare experiences with Wachovia and Wells Fargo I thought I'd never trust another bank. PNC has helped reinstill that trust. Thank you!
