The office was relaxed upon arrival and it took about thirty minutes to be called as I was third in line. Take in was thorough and quick. The doctor was very good and listened well and came up with a POT and carried it out with full explanations to me. The only thing I wish she had done first was spray my heal to numb it before the injection to numb the area for treatment. It was grossly painful. Hurray she got the piece of sharp bottle plastic out of my heal having been embedded there for a month or two.I followed the doctors instructions and was able to get an appointment today to see my GP. Very satisfied with the services given from the get go through the end. I have come to this Urgent Care several times with each being a success. Thank you.

We took my mother for urgent care for possible covid. The wait was significantly shorter than any emergency room in this area. But to wait for 2 hours really isn't urgent with 5 people ahead of her. Maybe more doctors would help. However once she was called the staff did a thorough exam and were courteous. We would recommend this facility.

I went in at 11 am on a Sunday after being exposed to strep and waking with a sore throat. There was a bit of a crowd, in the waiting area, and I was told that it could be a 90 wait. That was about how long I had to wait. Once I was taken to a treatment room, I was seen immediately. The nurse (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) and the Nurse Practitioner, Sharon, were excellent! It’s close to home and I felt I was in very capable hands at Piedmont Urgent Care!

On a Sat around noon, I sliced my finger to the bone and had to be rushed to urgent care for stitches - I chose Piedmont urgent care because I knew I wouldn’t have to wait. I was the only one there and only had to wait maybe 3 or 4 minutes. The Physicians Assistant had me stitched up in 15 minutes. Very good service and the staff was also very friendly.

The doctor and nurse were very nice and knowledgeable. I can normally suffer an hour and a half wait by keeping busy on my phone, but it is harder when i feel so awful that even sitting in a chair hurts. Not their fault! It was very busy.

My experience at Piedmont Urgent Care was great! I was impressed with the staff people treating me, with the first contact, then with the pre-exam person and then the detail/exam person. All three met my expectations in a professional matter.

These folks are the best. I went in for a Covid test, then was given all the time in the world to discuss a few other matters that were on my mind. When my test came back negative, the P.A. working with me called for a blood draw in an effort to get to the bottom of my concerns. I was heard; the staff was thorough; and I received first class help!

The staff is always friendly and very attentive. Very caring and courteous, Alex the doctor to the nurse-who is always there, I can’t remember her name. Wonderful bed side manners and understood I was very sick. Took immediate care explained my diagnosis and prescribed medication recovery treatment. My number 1 place to go for Urgent Care … Best care when you are down and out! keep up the great work!

I was able to see nurse and then a PA after only a short wait. Treatment started promptly. Rx and recommended followup given. Staff was friendly but very professional. Very happy with the experience.

Amazing staff! Compassionate, efficient and most importantly, they LISTENED to me!I made the mistake of visiting another UC in Warren County, and they failed miserably!Kudos to Piedmont Urgent Care and Piedmont Family Practice!

With no appointment I was seen quickly. Everyone was efficient, friendly and professional. I received a quick diagnosis, necessary testing and a referral for a specialist. It was a surprisingly wonderful experience.
