We recently changed vets and returned to Piedmont. The process was smooth, our fur babies are happy with all the providers we have had. Very happy with everything so far.

Kind, courteous and caring. I never have any difficulty getting an appointment when I need it. Additionally, they demonstrate great kindness and genuine concern towards my pet.

The vets and vet techs are caring and thorough. The practice is expensive compared to our last vet. We chose Piedmont pets for their proximity to our home as our dog is anxious in the car. I will continue to use them because of their location .

I currently live over an hour away, and take my long haired cat in a couple times a year to be shaved down due to matting. It’s a little pricey considering she doesn’t require sedation; however, I recently asked to have her nails trimmed as well as her fur shaved, and was floored by the cost. At almost $2 per nail, I find that price extremely steep. Going forward I’ll no longer get her nails trimmed and save myself a good bit of money.

Each visit has been great! Our dog is usually anxious but the staff has a way of calming his fears. KUDOS to the entire team!

It is evident that they care about their patients. My dog needed surgery and Dr Marchese was able to make it happen today even though she was due to begin a vacation this afternoon. I know my dog was in good hands. I couldn't be happier.
They were good with estimates and today's surgery was less than expected.
Their preventive meds are the same or cheaper than the online or local competitors that I called for comparison.

Update from the post below. I recon they seen my review because right after they decided to sue me for the $700 semi dollars ......lol ? they will get and reap all in ONE BLESSINGS to FAITH, TRUTH & LOVE. They surely do have their picks of who they can drag along. If they can't give u estimates right than and there about their services, than.... that, itself should tell people something..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Update: its been a couple of years since the last review (below). My little girle crossed the rainbow bridge and they were so kind and caring. They even took care of me as i was inconsolable at the time. I now have 2 male dogs (another first) which they take equally good care and I will always appreciate their great staff and their love of the animals brought to them. Petey and Duke are always in great hands.(Old review) The staff here are just lovely and love the animals they take care of. I take my dogs there not only for the great pricing, but for the intense care they give! They are going to have to expand soon! It was a full house! I didn't mind, they gave me some great coffee and my little girl a couple of treats and we waited in the lovely waiting room until it was our turn. I don't think you can do better than Piedmont Pets Veterinary...we love them!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff at Piedmont Pets! They were amazing when my 18 year old Shih Tzu got sick. They helped make a horrible experience just a bit better. They were kind, sensitive to my needs, and most importantly respectful to my little old lady. It was that experience, that has me trusting them with my Rottweiler puppy. Every single person, the veterinarians, the vet techs, and the front office staff are so great! I highly recommend them. Always get great quality service at a fair price. Can't recommend them enough!
