Nurse Tameka is the best. She listens, is very professional and thorough. Dr Ward has been my doctor for 10 plus years- he listens, does not overprescribe medications and seems to genuinely care for his patients. Definitely a 5 star team

Wonderful caring people. I drive 50 miles one way to see Emily Cannon. I have not had any negative interaction with anyone and can honestly say this is the best medical office I have been to since moving to Virginia.

Dr. Evans and his staff were professional, personable, and thoughtful. All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. The necessary medical tests were described and administered in a very respectful manner. In my experience, this medical practice is top notch.

Dr. Evans, his nurses and the front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Evans takes the time to explain things and approaches my issues scientifically and methodically. He’s also personable with a great sense of humor.

Angelina Harman is amazing! She’s not only extremely knowledgeable about all topics, but is also very kind, patient, and caring. Her nurse, Kristin, is awesome too. Every staff member is always friendly. 5 stars!

Piedmont Family has been my doctors office for over 20 years. The entire staff, Admin & Doctors alike, are all very kind, knowledgeable and responsive to my family's needs & requests. A special"Thank You" goes out to Dr. Arnstine for 20+ years of helping me stay healthy! I highly recommend the practice!

I have difficulty when trying to make an appointment. The customer service is severely lacking by the frontline phone staff. My FNP-C is extremely knowledgeable, listens well, explains conditions, and treatments clearly. Sarah Yowell is professional yet friendly and puts the patient at ease. She is more knowledgeable with my autoimmune condition and treatment than most physicians. She is a jewel in the crown of the practice.

I’ve been a patient at Piedmont Family Practice since the early 90s when I lived in Warrenton. In 2015 I moved about an hour and 20 minutes away but I have continued to go there because I trust my doctor completely and enjoy the atmosphere there. If you’re looking for a fantastic doctor who is willing to listen to your issues and who will treat you with compassion and respect then Dr. David Evans is the the doctor to choose!

Nurse Shannon for Dr. Diwan is highly unprofessional and combative. She left a derogatory, condescending, and degrading message to me. This followed 3 days of ignoring me while I tried to contact the Doctor for guidance. Only on Saturday did she call when I could not call back. Shannon is exactly what is wrong with the healthcare system and directly why this practice has a low rating. The doctors are fantastic. The staff is not. I predict on the current trajectory of treating patients poorly this practice will close. The free market always decides value in the community. I provided this feedback to the practice and was given a letter my comments were abusive and I was no longer allowed at the practice. This is fine as I already moved on to Inova.So objective feedback on service is abusive? Bravo guys!1200 reviews for this area, paid service to elevate the ratings?

I have been coming to Dr. Diwan for 20+ years. He is the most compassionate Provider I have ever dealt with. He always listens to my voice as a patient and is willing to give his thoughts on anything I come to him with. His wait time in the room is very minimal and I have never felt rushed. He takes the appropriate amount of time with me during each visit. Evident that he stays on task and respects his patients are on a schedule also. Dr. Diwan has had a couple of nurses over the years and they are just wonderful. Especially his current nurse, Shannon. Always greets me with a smile on her face and a beam of joy. She even speaks to me when I see her outside of the office. Getting refills and results has always been done in a timely manner. I have seen the NP, Sara Yowell as well. She is equally just as lovely. The front end staff are polite and always very helpful. Phoning in to make appointments is easy and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I do not think Dr. Diwan is taking on any new patients so this review may be irrelevant for anyone looking for a new PCP but this is a great practice to join in spite of that. I do want to mention that Dr. Diwan has seen both my son and my husband as patients over the years as a courtesy to me. I highly recommend Piedmont Primary Care!

Anytime I call in, for any reason, when I get Billie I know I am going to get excellent customer service. She professional, kind, and knows what she is doing. She goes above and beyond for my calls every single time. She makes me feel heard and I end the call with satisfaction that my call has been handled and I have my question answered. I highly recommend her!

The Dr.s and nurses are top notch the billing department gets a lot of paperwork wrong. When its brought up it is rectified quickly. I recommend this office but they might run behind in the afternoon. Dr. Diwan has been my Dr. For7+ years and he is a rare breed that actually takes an interest in his patients, he has went out of his way to accommodate some of my mental hurdles when going to the doctor.

Dr. Con Elton has been my primary care physician for over 30 years. Customer care is their number one priority. He never rushes through my visit. He provides excellent medical care. He educates me on my condition and always listens to me regarding anything I am experiencing.

Emily Cannon and her nurse are amazing. So kind and easy to talk to. The lady at the front desk was also extremely helpful. I had switched insurance and was afraid it would be a hassle, but she made it so easy.
