I had an exceptional experience at Giant grocery store today thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Brianna from the deli department. I was having trouble finding gelatin, and Brianna went above and beyond by coming out from behind the counter to assist me. Her personalized help and friendly attitude made my shopping trip a breeze.

“my favorite place to go grocery shopping in Warrenton. Justin is amazing, Chris is always smiling and helpful, absolutely love, Robin and Kiani in Starbucks, miss a few people who've left, but coming on Thursdays for senior discount, and always being able to have a perfect Starbucks while I'm shopping. The young man in produce was super helpful today in the salad and endive situation for me. I did not get to see my favorite Jeremy, but the entire staff I have dealt with that I can't think of everyone's name right now. I've made every experience this year. Fabulous.”

He led me through the store and helped me in the meat department while giving me that meatloaf!!! Very helpful manager definitely needs a raise !! Terrific store overall and very clean ! Shoutout to the manager for the help today !”
“Husband and I in town for golf tournament. Only after checking into our hotel did we realize we both had forgotten our medications... Heart meds at that. Went to Walgreens pharmacy and to keep it short both the pharmacists and staff went above and beyond to get 5 meds in total transferred from our home Dr's and pharmacy to Warrenton, possibly saving our lives. We were very pleased with ALL staff at this location.

“Great experience at CVS in Blackwell Rd. They were getting ready to close for lunch. Made two different announcements about it which was helpful. Also, they put two additional people on register to help get everyone through the line before they closed the much I very much appreciated as well. They were short staffed a few weeks back but seem to be back up to full staff now. Love the drive thru option as well. Great feature! Walgreens often downs have my scripts in stock - haven’t had this issue w CVS before.”

We waited almost an hour for urgent care to send her RX to CVS, all while my daughter was in the car extremely sick with 103 fever from strep throat, Katherine explained situation to Cameron who called Piedmont urgent care & was able to finally get RX sent & filled quickly!! “Lots of stores in one area and everything was open. Unlike Fredericksburg or Culpeper, where lots of shopping centers are empty.PNC bank has a horrible parking lot and NO SIGN or railing where it drops off. I didn't, but close.Dollar tree here had nothing compared to the stores in Fredericksburg and Culpeper.I LIKE Warrenton. Too bad it's an hr one way.”
