Every time i come to this place no one ever comes to help with the fish. I call someone and no one shows up. I call the phone to ask for some one and still nonone. Ive tried 5 times and no service.

They have no idea what they are doing. I was given a merchandise card for my return and when I went to use it there were $0 on it. What a disappointment. Management did nothing to help.

I really wanted to like the grooming here. Two of my dogs nails were missed, and the others were barely trimmed.
Very nice staff though.

Your company POISONED my dog!
He picked out a “knuckle bone”. The kind with a brown substance on the outside and shrink wrapped. We got it in the car and it stunk so bad but I opened the windows and sunroof thought it would air out after 8 HOURS but no it was so bad I went straight back to Warrenton to return it. I met my friend in Warrenton and asked her to take a whif at the window and she told me it was FORMALDEHYDE!!! That’s exactly what I had thought too. So I looked it up and yes, especially bones from China have formaldehyde and this one had A LOT!!! Your cashier was 36 weeks pregnant and she stepped back because she could smell it too. She should NOT be exposed to that!!
So dog had only had it to chew in the car long enough for me to get home from the store-15 minutes. Yet he had three seizures that night!!!! We’re certain it was the exposure and ingesting the TOXIC dog bones PetCo sold us!!!! Shame on you Petco!!!

Warrenton Petco has the most helpful staff who will go above and beyond. "Picture it"...I bought a small, often forgotten about treasure who caught my eye swimming in his little bowl back in May of 2023. His name is now Stevie Nix...Nix for short❤️ when I tell you he is very spoiled? It's no understatement ? He caught a bout of Popeye(it's a thing I swear) and I called Petco to ask for help and was ready to speed to any vet that would save my baby?? The staff at Petco, never once gave the impression that my 1.5 gram fish was any less of a heart hole filling family pet than Shadow the dog? And Nix is now in his own 10 gallon tank with whatever he wants or needs at his fingertips?....or fintips? He honestly lives better than me and it will stay that way.
PS- Something that isn't talked about more? Bettas have amazing personality and are great confidants to those who'd rather talk to a fish than 90% of humanity ? ?

Vickie (spelling?) was the most wonderful employee I've ever come across. She was so knowledgeable, extremely friendly, extra helpful and if I could, I'd hire her for my company. It takes a lot for me to write a good review...it's rare for me. She was exceptional across the board.

dog groomer told me the matted hair on my tiny dog needed a vet to cut ! outrageous, I guess they don’t have any scissors and i didn’t know that petco groomers have gone to veterinary school and are licensed to dispense medical advice. not another penny will you get from me you lazy jerks
