I’m unfortunately not happy about my experience here at Only Nails. I used to go all the time years ago (roughly 5) and I loved it until I didn’t, today I was off and decided that I wanted to get my pedicure and thought being in the area I would go again. During my visit, everyone was friendly however the women who did my pedicure was very rough, she cut deeply into the side of my big toe with the cuticle clipping, and it hurts. The salon seems somewhat messy, other salons have their gel nail polishes in order and neat/nice. This salon had them thrown on the shelf to where you weren’t able to see each selection without having to dig. The actual salon itself could use a update with equipment and especially the drying station. I not only got a pedicure but my eyebrows done in which I feel like I went in the same way I came out, thick and needing a savior. The whole process itself was rushed, my pedicure was incredibly rushed, no massage, no filing just a cut, shaping and polish. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement honestly. I really hope they improve soon because they used to be my favorite salon and now they’re not even on my list. Again everyone was very friendly it was only the actual service itself and run down atmosphere is detrimental to the success or failure of this place. Best of luck to them but for good they’ve lost me as a customer.

I normally see Kenny for my manicures and pedicures. He is off on Mondays and I had to use a yound lady I believe her name was Chung. It has been over a week and a place she cut on my little finger is still very sore and bleeds occasionally. I also have several toes that are very sore from her cutting away too much skin. If it wasn't for Kenny this rating would be 1

I’ve gone to this nail place many times before and had no problems besides them rushing through a pedicure. My pedicure today was AWFUL. The employee did not do the basics of a pedicure. He only cleaned up around my toe nails, repeatedly slammed my foot down, and put lotion on for two seconds just to wipe it off with a hot towel. I struggle with blood flow in my legs and was just looking forward to the massage and I didn’t even get that. I’m extremely upset and will not be going back.

I didn't have a lot of time. A lady on the phone told me it would take 30 min fur a basic pedicure. But the guy took about 45min. Tho I had to get to a appt, he wanted my nails to be dry and more messed up.
He did take my credit card and rang me out while I was drying longer.
He did a great job.

I used to ONLY see Vicky when I lived in Warrenton. Most recently I went while I was visiting family for Christmas. I brought my sister in law with me, and I saw another man while Vicky had my SIL. When removing the nails he put on, I found discoloration that I believe is fungus or discoloration from bacteria on two of my fingers. He did not use new files or tools either. I debated leaving this review because I do love Ms Vicky, she does great work!! Probably won’t come back unless it’s to see her.

I will NEVER go back and if I could give them NO Stars I would. I see someone posted how cheap the prices are and that’s the quality of the service you get! My regular nail shop by Papa John was booked I was headed out of town so I ran in! WILL Not do that again! By day 9 not 1 but 2 nails broke! When he was doing my fill in I noticed he was barely getting the nail but I’m no nail techs. Don’t go here unless u want cheap work and it shows!

pedicure fine, lied on the phone about prices... nail tech was not sure about what she was doing... asked for french tips. did okay, uncharged me for explaining what i wanted after i didn't like what she had done....

Staff is not skilled, but less expensive than most places. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Not only was the tech rude he did not listen to a thing i said. It has been a week and all my nails are lifted at the cuticle. Hm. Maybe because he did absolutely no cuticle prep. I regret spending my money there. The nails polish on my toes is also all chipped. Also no cuticle prep or massage.

Not a fan. Went for the first time for a full set. I had to apply nail glue when I got home because the tip was not properly applied. The tech was super rude the whole time, and told me he couldn't do a good job because my hands were too hard to work with. I will not be going back, I do not recommend

Tom is the best nail tech at Only Nails, he is super fast, friendly and gets all those in-growns OUT during a pedicure! I am very picky about my pedicure and have been to A LOT of places and have always left disappointed and still with in-grown toenails and bad cuticle trims. Tom is the only one I trust with my feet now!
