So far I'm liking my experience. Teachers are friendly and very understanding. They're a little heavy with pushing democrat values, especially for a being located in a small (mainly conservative) town. I feel like politics don't belong in schools, and I wish they were more neutral. Other than that, great experience!

at the moment I cannot give this college, even one star. My daughter attended Lord Fairfax without issue since Laurel Ridge has taken over we've had nothing but problems to list a few classes that she previously talk no longer count. Costing us to spend more money. imagine that now we've adjusted to that just due to the fact that she only needs a few more classes to graduate we would do if it was sooner in her college experience. Now she signed up for classes. Arrange payment plans and classes were just canceled with no non-no notification to her. She only discovered it because her payment due changed now because they took away the other class the owes the total amount now what a frustrating and disappointing organization is a college elsewhere I can't really deal with a college directly as she's the adult and she is trying to manage through this but what frustration and anxiety for everyone involved. I'm not one to write reviews and yes I'm ranting get your freaking act together and support students and their families. Do not put nothing but obstacles to success in their way you're a joke.

When this was LFCC, it was the best place you could ask for. I don't know how or why it became "Laurel Ridge", but it has completely tanked since. I was a student and dropped out because of the constant run around you're given here. If you withdraw from a class after a month, they still charge you for the full semester. In my case, after a month of getting run around, I withdrew. Guess who still has to pay for the four months worth of class that won't be attended. I didn't even want a refund for the over $300 I've already paid, I just didn't want to pay the last payment because I only attended one month out of the five. This place is a complete joke. Save yourself and your wallet the heartache and just go somewhere else.
