Don’t go to Warrenton NAPA. They just told me they don’t have time to fool with repairing hydraulic hoses. Said they were short staffed, while two people just sat at the counter doing nothing. I promise I will never set foot in there again. By the way, I will be purchasing a fitting machine this week for all the folks in Warrenton, as NAPA and Carter Catapiller are the only ones that repair hoses. I will be doing them at half price. Go ahead with your short staff NAPA. You won’t need anyone before long.

Ordered parts online. Was told 30 to pickup in store. Come to store and it was closed. Poor quality service on this one. If store is closed then napaonline should not have said store was open. This is 2021 not 1991.

Was trying to help a guy start his car battery with my cables when I realized I was in front of a NAPA auto service ...(face palm)...Went and asked the guys if they could help. They came out with a battery pack and got the gentleman on his way in about 10 seconds. Nice guys working there. You've just earned a customer.
