I don’t understand why they even have appointments when they don’t come anywhere close to honoring them. And when you check in, they try to convince you it’s a good idea to come another day.

Let me start off by saying that we love our vehicle. The service from our salesman (woman) was absolutely inept. We had to make a second visit for the setup of our Jeep website. We was told out bed liner was being installed in Warrenton, but when we got the vehicle back that afternoon there was 53 miles put on it.We also purchased a tonneau cover, but when we asked when it would be in, we were told numerous times we will check and get back to you. We had to end up canceling it and was told our refund was almost $250.00 less than we paid. We did get that corrected but let's see how long it takes to get the money.Lastly, our salesperson told us that if we couldn't give her all 10's on her review, not to do it at all because it affected her commission. Steer clear if your time and money is valuable to you!!

My college daughter was shopping for a used Wrangler, Sam in sales was very helpful, he as a daughter at the same college and worked well with my daughter. Michael in financing was patient with her as a first time car buyer and took the time to explain how finance worked. Great experience for a first time buyer. Sam also gave my son a Jeep hat, so the whole family enjoyed a long afternoon at the dealership. Thank you for having such a friendly staff.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only are they disrespectful to their customers, looks like they also cheat them as well. My car ended up breaking down last week and I took it to this service center. My father was helping me out since I was out of the state. An employee Mike worked on the car. This is where it gets disrespectful and sketchy. Not only did they not inform my dad of the price, they mocked him as if they couldn't understand what he was saying. The way he texted him was unacceptable and shows a great amount of disrespect. It could also be interpreted as borderline discriminatory. When I confronted him about the way he texted my father he stated that they text in all caps all the time and he immediately corrected himself after. A very passive aggressive message to begin with anyways. When my father asked for the price and an invoice he said he couldn't understand him. How do you work at a dealership and don't understand someone when they text "invoice"? Every time I ask to speak to the supervisor they never transfer me over to whoever it is. They sent my father an invoice and the price after the car was already fixed. If they informed my dad of the price prior to it being fixed, like they claim they did, why would he be so confused about the price? Very disrespectful to a veteran. This is not how you treat people and from what I've seen they're taking advantage of those who they THINK might be out of the loop. Do better. If you care about integrity, respect, and communication then avoid getting your car ever fixed at this dealership's service center.

My check engine light came on so I took it to the service center at this location. The service advisor told me that it should be ready by the following day. I called back the following day 5 times. Every time asking for an update and none could be provided. After the end of each call someone said they would give me a call back. AND DID NOT.The next day I called back early morning. Spoke with someone they told me the person handling my vehicle has just been let go the day before. And he would check on the status of my vehicle. I told him can he let me know in 30mins please. He said sure thing. 1 and half hours later I need to call them again cause I still have not received a call. Now the service tech is telling me I just spoke with the person servicing my vehicle and it hasn't even been brought into the bay to start working on. I then ask if I could get a loaner. They said since it's Saturday they are able to do so. I ask to speak to a manager. They say they don't have a service manager on site. I asked for the GM telephone number. He says he doesn't have it. But will transfer me to a sales manager. I find myself still on hold for 30 minutes now. Ram Safford!!!! This is the second horrible service I have to deal with. First at Springfield now here. Mopar you are horrible for being affiliated with them.

Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Once you signed -- it's lights out especially from their finance managers. Don't work with Michael (Finance). You'll get frustrated. Worst decision to buy from this dealership. Regret

We placed an order for a new Jeep back in January and we have received conflicting information over the last 6 months. At some point we saw our car with our VIN number advertised on their site. When we called to inquire they took it off the site the next day. We are now being told that they cannot tell us when we can get the car and it may never be built although we feel we are being lied to. Their solution was to offer to sell us another Jeep for over $15k more than our original order. I know that the market is facing challenges but only expected to be treated with respect and given the truth. Do not order a car from this dealership as they are dishonest and have no integrity.

This review is long overdue. But without getting into too much detail, if you're looking to work with people with no integrity and unethical sales practices, then Drew and his team (Carlos was my salesman) are the ones for you! But seriously, just please don't waste your time or money here.

Service department was outstanding! Came in for routine maintenance and was very pleased with the process and outcome. Everything was explained in detail and no surprises. Quality work and service. This is my new go-to service center. Highly recommended.

Wow. Serious buyer beware with this dealership. We stopped in yesterday so my daughter could test drive a used VW GTI that was on the lot. Priced about the same as other similar year/model/trim levels, we've tested about 10 so far looking for the perfect fit. She and the sales person took the car out. I walked past on my way into the dealership to wait and commented that I could really smell the exhaust from several feet away. The salesperson said "yeah, it smells like fun!" I laughed a little, but honestly thought it ran loud also. I went on in and waited inside until they came back. My daughter had popped the hood after their test drive, and noticed the car had a nice cold air intake that wasn't stock. She asked about it, and mentioned that the car was a bit loud. At this point, the salesperson finally admitted that the car did NOT HAVE a catalytic converter! They come inside and my daughter tells me she likes the car, but shares the news that it doesn't have a catalytic converter. She says this like it's no big deal, because the sales person acted like it was no big deal! She knows a bit about car engines but didn't know that you have to have a catalytic converter on the car to pass inspection, and sure enough the inspection sticker (which was covered with a sale sign on this car, lol) showed it had been rejected. When I asked the sales person what they were going to do about the missing part, that you legally need to have on your car to drive in Virginia, he went to "talk to his manager" only to come back and say the car was being sold "as-is" and that it would be about $2000 plus an hour of labor cost to put a catalytic converter on the car. He did (one honest thing, at least) say that she could probably find a cat somewhere else a bit cheaper. I told him I thought it was pretty shady to not actually state on the ad that the car is missing this important piece of the exhaust system, and that they should either put one on or reduce the price of the car accordingly. He tried to tell me the car was still competitively priced, and I actually laughed. Then I excused myself to use the bathroom before leaving. When I came back from the bathroom, my daughter had walked out of the building and was waiting outside. She was laughing, so I asked her what was so funny. Apparently while I was in the bathroom, he suggested to her that she buy the car anyway and drive it without the catalytic converter. He said that Virginia had changed the law this year and that police can't use the sound of the engine or the missing converter as a primary reason to initiate a traffic stop. (This is true) She asked him then what she would do about getting the car inspected and registered, with the car missing the catalytic converter. He told her she should try to FIND AN INSPECTOR WHO WOULD LOOK THE OTHER WAY!!! Yeah, that's right. This douche canoe encouraged my daughter to just go right on ahead and break the law herself, then do business with an inspector willing to break the law as well. The absolute worst part of all of this is that they had NO intention of mentioning the missing catalytic converter. Until my daughter popped the hood and noticed the aftermarket cold air intake, the guy had been acting like it just ran a little loud. When I smelled the exhaust and he commented that it "smelled like fun," he was trying to pass it off as normal for that kind of car. He certainly didn't say "yeah, I forgot to mention that the car doesn't have a legal exhaust system." The next buyer who walks in the door is likely to be a 20 something, given the type of car that it is, and maybe they won't know what they are seeing/hearing. It's entirely possible they will convince some buyer who is alone and has less experience with cars (and car buying) that they can buy this thing and legally drive it, and that it's okay to try and bypass state emission laws in order to fraudulently register a car that isn't properly equipped.

experience!! If you have any issues you will not receive a call back from any managers, that would include their general manager Kevin Myers, sales person Lori or Christian. Although Preston was very professional and did apologize about an issue with Neil, their internet manager who answered the sales phone and hung up me, for his reasons that clearly misunderstood me and said I did not understand how Safford Chrysler handles sales. Then disguising his voice when I called back asking for a manager, saying he was the sales manager. No one apologized to me when I came in inquiring about a vehicle, or called me back. I asked numerous times to have a manager call me back and no one ever called me back. Kevin Myers was even up at the main desk and had a few opportunities to reach out to me about this incident and ignored me about and never called me back. l will never deal with this place and will make sure of never recommending them!!

I recently took my Jeep in for warranty/ recall work. It was first time using this service department. I was satisfied, at the time, with their service department although I was advised my rear brakes needed to be replaced because they were almost down to the metal. I thought it was odd since usually front brakes go out first. Yesterday I took my Jeep to my regular mechanic for the brake change only to find out that my rear brakes were still well over 50 percent. The service department worker Luis, outright lied to me about having to replace my brakes. I won't be returning!

Went car shopping with my daughter. Walked the parking lot for at least 20 minutes but was never approached by a salesperson, even though three employees standing outside clearly saw us looking at cars. Ok, with the Covid thing and all, maybe they don't want to approach us, even though we kept our masks on. We decide to go inside the showroom. Crickets. No greeting, nothing. We were ignored. Did we need an appointment? We are serious buyers, and we will now go to a different dealership to buy our Jeep. Would have liked to have shopped local but they clearly don't need our business.
