I don’t understand why they even have appointments when they don’t come anywhere close to honoring them. And when you check in, they try to convince you it’s a good idea to come another day.

Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Once you signed -- it's lights out especially from their finance managers. Don't work with Michael (Finance). You'll get frustrated. Worst decision to buy from this dealership. Regret

This review is long overdue. But without getting into too much detail, if you're looking to work with people with no integrity and unethical sales practices, then Drew and his team (Carlos was my salesman) are the ones for you! But seriously, just please don't waste your time or money here.
