I have been taking my son to Labcorp for 6 years now on a weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly basis. He needs regular blood testing, due to being on blood thinners because of a prosthetic heart valve. The employees have always been very nice, kind, and courteous, until today. Before today I would have and really should have given them a five star rating. All of the employees are new, with one exception. When we walked in, we checked in at the kiosk as usual and took a seat. I wasn't sure if the standing order from my son's doctor had expired, so I politely approached the desk and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Once somone asked how they could help me, I then asked if somone could please check my son's records, to see if his orders had expired. Another lady behind the desk, who I was not even talking to, rudely interrupted and snidely said, "We will check that when your name is called." I said, "Okay, I was just trying to be preemptive in case it had expired, I could call the doctors office while waiting, to get a new one." She snapped back at me, "Well, we are doing other things right now." I just turned around, said, "Wow." then sat down. I remembered that sometimes the doctor emails the orders to me, so I checked my emails. It turned out, the orders are still current, but next time, a new one would be necessary. I then patiently waited for my son's turn. The other employees seemed very nice. It would have been unnecessary for me to be rude in rebuttle, but I did feel as though that lady could have been more patient. We, the patients, are coming to them because we need their services. It's counterproductive to cause us to feel more uncomfortable when getting blood work done. After all, my only intention was to help things go more smoothly. We don't have a choice to go somewhere else, so the least employees can do, is try to be polite and nice. I do also understand, everyone can have an off day, but remember, you shouldn't take it out on the patients. I hope this constructive critisism is helpful, not ill recieved, and I hope everyone has a blessed day.

I've always had a wonderful experience here. I can be a hard draw, but they are the best crew.

In and out as a walk in. Everything was quick, easy and well done

I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt compelled to as this place deserves a higher rating! It was super easy to make an appointment and check in was a breeze. I checked in early and was out of there before my scheduled appointment time. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I had blood drawn and they made it quick and virtually painless. Don’t let the older negative reviews sway you!

Everyone there is very friendly. I didn't have an appointment and only had to wait 40 minutes, even with them being super busy.

Got blood drawn here. It was fine! Everyone was friendly, the waiting room was comfortable, and the phlebotomist did a great job finding my vein.

I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down. Seems very unclean and unprofessional for doing lab work. I wish my doctor would stop having me go here because I have yet to be able to access my results. Log in does nothing, set up account numerous times and still doesn’t recognize it.

Rude, had me waiting in the office for 30 minutes before telling me i can't take the drug screening due to my daughter being with me. They definitely had all the time in the world from when i checked in to let me know of the federal policies ?

Horrible customer service! I came to this location to get some labs done recently. That was my first and last time. When I arrived I stood in line and the front desk workers just sat there instead of telling me to use the self check in. They're very unorganized, I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes before I was finally called back. They also took people back that had arrived after me. The lady that was behind the desk was also the taking people back to get blood work. She had a horrible attitude, kept rolling her eyes and making stank faces to patient's. If you do come to this location prepare to spend your entire day there.

No one likes getting their blood drawn, if you do, you're a bit off. I hate getting mine drawn but Tisha in this office is absolutely amazing, her friendliness and overall demeanor is incredible. You don't even feel the needle stick!!! She's the best!

I watched one tech pretend to wash his hands. Don’t get the male tech. He seems very confused with every step of the process. He took 30 mins to place my orders that were printed in front of him and sent in electronically. Even still he selected the incorrect tests that I was forced to pay for and come back to repeat my labs to get the correct test performed. The women here are stellar.

The two ladies at the desk went way over and beyond to help me get my order. They were outstanding in finding a solution to my problem, and made me laugh about it, too!

It's my first time and will be my last time. I stood in line at the front desk for at least 5 mins before I realized that you had to self check in. The desk attendant managed to let the people coming in after me that they had to do this but somehow decided it was not worth it to tell me. I check in and sit for 40 minutes (so far) watching people checking in after me go through. The staff could not move slower without needing medical attention. But now I have to keep waiting.
