I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Joe’s for years and I am always amazed at the awesome customer service given. Jennifer at the front desk is a gem. They are honest, helpful and a valuable asset to our community. Highly recommend!

I refuse to buy any car that couldn't be serviced at Joe's. In my experience, Joe's does great communication and customer service in addition to great work. Honest business, professional shop, I have never once been disappointed.

My insurance’s roadside assistance picked Joe’s Service Center as the spot to drop my car after hours. Had a flat tire and no spare (sports car). The folks at Joe’s were super friendly and patient and accommodating while new tires were delivered. They’re not equipped to mount my specific tires but they took them to Goodyear and handled that aspect for me, which was a lifesaver as i live over an hour away. Finally, the price was incredibly reasonable for that service. Great experience, much appreciated.

These guys being anywhere south of 4.5 is insanity. Fair prices, good work and most importantly, they won't gouge you for extra work, ever. You will however, have to wait quite a while for work, but thats only because of how popular these guys are, due to their reputation. 6 stars.

12/28/2023 I had a scheduled appointment for a vehicle diagnostics on my heat, where the passenger side blew hot air but the driver side didn't . I took it to dealerships and other shops and they all told me something different and would give me ridiculous prices. I found out about Joe's through one of my friends. They have excellent customer service, great mechanics, and are very honest people.

Extremely honest. They couldn't fix it (Chevy electronics) so there was no charge. Very pleasant people to work with. ?

Car wouldn’t start, had it towed from centreville to warrenton to get it looked at because family recommended me to you guys thinking I wasn’t going to get knuckled and dimed instead it ended up costing 511$ to change a battery . Absolutely ludicrous. If the battery was the only issue you could have called me and told me it worked instead of doing additional sensor checks leading to a 300$ labor charge . Family and I will no longer be returning. Thievery and dishonestService: Battery

Dropped our truck off for state inspection. We were informed it failed due to rusted front springs and they could do the work but wouldn't be able to get to for one week. A week and a day later they inform us they won't be able to to it for another two weeks.....wish I they had been forth right with this information I would have taken it somewhere else to be fixed.....

Yesterday I took my car to Joe's Service Center for an oil change and a diagnostic test to try to figure out why my engine light and cruise control lights were on. I arrived at the shop a few minutes before 9:00 am. After over five hours in the shop, the receptionist told me I needed to take my car to my dealer for the additional diagnostic testing needed because the mechanic at Joe's was "not interested" in working on it. I asked her what she meant that he was "not interested" in working on it and she told me that it would take a long time to do the additional diagnostic testing. I told her that a better way to express this would be to say that the additional diagnostic testing needed was beyond the mechanic's expertise, or that he would not be able to work on it that day, but could work on it another day. To tell me that the mechanic was not interested in working on my vehicle was extremely unprofessional. She told me I could speak to the owner about my concerns, which I asked to do, but she later told me that he was unavailable to speak to me. On my way out the door, I saw the mechanic who had worked on my vehicle, so I tried to get clarification directly from him about the receptionist's comment. The mechanic looked away, was evasive and didn't respond. I'm very disappointed in Joe's Service Center and, because of yesterday's experience, I won't be returning there. Another concern about this auto shop is that they leave your keys in the ignition after they work on your car which is an open invitation to auto thieves. I gave them 2 stars because they did do my oil change.
