Pros: beautiful property Great location Amazing staff Restaurant on site Great pricing Beautiful renovated room Amazing conference space Cons: -Restaurant staff members coughing excessively . Then she was handling take out good. Please send sick employees home. -Lodge room was a little on the dirty side -The lodge door was open to anyone coming and going(key card access would be nice)”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM BLOCK WITH THIS HOTEL. Absolutely terrible response time, no remorse in not responding to emails timely after following up several times, or simply answering their front desk phone. The "front desk manager" is apparently the only one that can do anything with the hotel blocks and no one else can so anything to help, not even the general manager. I gave plenty of grace in response time and as a bride who is stressed enough having to personally manage a hotel block is unacceptable. There was not one apology in response to the items mentioned above. Not to mention that the follow-up on this by Hilton itself was unsatisfactory. The Hampton Inn Warrenton needs better controls in place to ensure that they can meet ANY hospitality industry expectation/standard. I have lost ALL respect for the Hilton brand. I am extremely disappointed in this location and especially Hilton overall. I will NEVER give my business to Hilton.”

“The Black Horse Inn is one of the most beautiful B&B's I've visited and it's a gorgeous wedding venue for the bride to be who wants a classic, romantic wedding tucked in the Virginia country. The staff was top notch and everything flowed smoothly on my bride's wedding day. The sunroom is the perfect spot for bridal portraits, sunset light was gorgeous on the rolling hills and the reception space was spacious and gorgeous- the perfect place for any wedding. Definitely one of my favorite wedding venues I've visited as a Virginia wedding photographer! Highly recommend Black Horse Inn for weddings and just to stay :)”

“My water and heat went out on my RV so I needed someplace close to finish my work week. No flash but clean room with hot water and friendly staff. Had a great night sleep on the bed. Perfect for the price.”

“I'm Aidan, a DC & Virginia wedding photographer under my company Benson Park Photography. I had the pleasure of capturing Jordan & Michael this past weekend, Feb 10th and I was so impressed with the Airlie venue and grounds. Their pavilion reception area is gorgeous. The garden maze, the grounds and stairs are all so elegant and perfect for portraits. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This was in February, I did their engagement photos in October and the greenery and landscaping is incredible. I definitely recommend this venue for larger gatherings of 75 -200. It really is such a perfect space.”
