I walked into the store after the clasp on my bracelet suddenly broke. I was looking for a repair estimate. A very helpful front desk person brought my bracelet to the back service area to show Mr Hartman about an estimate. A few minutes later she brought my bracelet back ALL FIXED. She said Mr Hartman could fix it right on the spot and it was too easy of a fix to charge me. They could have absolutely charged me but chose not to do so for a job that took a minute to repair. A very honest business and I will absolutely be back in the future for any jewelry needs!

I have gotten lots of Jewelry over the years! My husband bought me a Big ring! Lol So, all my rings with diamonds, I didn’t wear much! So, Mr. Hartman ( Hartman Jewelers) in Warrenton, Va. made me a Beautiful Necklace with my Diamond’s! It is Beautiful! I couldn’t be anymore Happier! Excellent Craftsmanship! I would recommend him Highly!

David recently took two separate diamond rings I had and redesigned them into a beautiful contemporary 3 stone diamond ring. He was patient with me through a few redesigns and appointments. I am very happy with the end result.

I had such a lovely experience at Hartman Jewelers. I was looking to have a custom ring made, and the design was stunning! David was communicative and the final product is so gorgeous - would recommend to anyone!

Brought a family heirloom in to be fixed and they did an absolutely beautiful job and were able to preserve some intricate details. The price was more than fair and the employees are absolutely lovely!

Rc'd a mailer enclosed in a clear plastic bag from this shop recently - it said to "Fill this bag with your unwanted, broken, old and unused jewelry " , "Let us put money in your pocket", "etc... Went to the store Sat a.m. with a few items I no longer wanted. Went through a 10-15 min process of having these items weighed/assessed by a woman named "Deborah" who valued them at less than $95. But she apparently could not explain anything about the process. Nor could she convert their "dwt" to grams when I asked her to do so - she had to go ask a man in the back (who turned out to be David Hartman) only to recite to me a formula that he said to use. The calculator she'd used was right there on the counter. When I pointed out to her that the weight scale could probably easily do the conversion, she said "it probably does that" but she "didn't know how to operate it". !!! At that I said "I had come there hoping for a fair valuation but this was not the place for that apparently" - I requested return of my jewelry & then asked if they could at least provide me with a replacement watch battery. "Deborah" disappeared to the back, consulted with David & then returned triumphantly with "the last one of that kind in the shop! " she said. I asked the price - she said $4, I asked does that include tax? She didn't know she said, but then she started typing on a computer register to do the transaction - the typing went on for several moments while I'm standing with exact cash in hand. We settled on $4 - I left vowing to myself I'd never return to this shop for anything. Wow! You solicit business to come to you & then treat someone - a potential new customer - in such a shoddy way - all under the eyes of owner, David Hartman. I'll be sure to spread the word.8/17/23Re: your reply & offer - why would I waste my time again when you were right there being consulted by your employee during my visit??? YOU chose not to participate - this is who you are.

Feeling a little overwhelmed with the engagement ring buying process I reached out to David Hartman after seeing the many 5 star reviews he has over his 29+ years as a jeweler. I can honestly say that he deserves every single one of those 5 star reviews! I emailed him on a Monday, on Thursday I was looking at diamonds, by Friday I had a gorgeous custom ring in my hand, and on Saturday SHE SAID YES! The ring was exactly what my fiancé wanted. Thank you David for your expertise, no-pressure style, knowledge, and advice. You made the entire process a breeze. We will be coming back for wedding bands and anniversary gifts for years to come. I can’t recommend Hartman Jewelers enough!

My boyfriend and I have spent the last couple months working closely with David Hartman to create the perfect engagement ring for me. There were times that it was a little frustrating and I was afraid we wouldn't like the outcome of the ring, but I'm so glad we waited it out. We received the ring in the mail today, as we moved out of the state to be able to do local pickup, and I must say it is so gorgeous. I can't believe it's mine! It was well worth the back and forth of customizing a unique engagement ring. Can't wait to have it on my finger every day! Excellent communication and craftsmanship. And it even came a day earlier than expected. Don't be discouraged by the process of making the perfect ring for you, it will be worth it at the end! Thank you again for making our ideas come to life.
