Went to Harris Teeter Pharmacy. Checked in when I arrived at the store to confirm they had received my prescription. Shopped while waiting. $300+ dollars later I went back to the pharmacy to pick up prescription. Was told my insurance card was not valid. My reply was you must have entered the incorrect information. The guy "Joe" looked at it and so no I entered in correctly in a snarky tone. I had to leave the store to call the number on the back of the card. They answered and the insurance company called HT Pharmacy. Insurance company said HT pharmacy s had entered the number incorrectly. I go BACK to Harris Teeter and nicely say to Joe. Here is my card you had the number entered wrong. He argued with me and I had to spend 5 minutes explaining what had happened. THEN he said it will be ten dollars please. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. He spoke in a condescending tone. There are lots of pharmacies in town. I do not need to deal with "Joe's"

Worst service ever! They never let you speak, they speak over you. Worst customer service ever. Very unhelpful with prescription issues.

I have never been treated so kindly at a pharmacy before. The pharmacist, Savanah, was so pleasant, patient and helpful with me. I will tell everyone that I know to use Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Warrenton!

Amazing customer service. Lady went out of her way to reach out to me and tell me the medical supplies I needed had been discontinued.

Because of its Staff - especially “Watch Commander” Jennifer, Courtney (the “Florence Nightingale” of pharmacy assistants), Joe and the other dedicated pharmacists - the very BEST pharmacy in the Warrenton area; and I would add, again because of its compassionate and above and beyond staff, possibly the best pharmacy that I have encountered in the DMV (and I have lived in both states and DC)This was not the case 2 years ago - when I preferred CVS Warrenton (also excellent) and Walmart - but slowly but surely all the glitches were fixed - and the top notch staffing took place. No complaints from them no matter how busy, incredibly responsive in ordering refills, and have seen them work double shifts again and again. Jennifer, Courtney, Joe et al - your sacrifices and excellence are truly appreciated.

This pharmacy has taken it upon themselves to discriminate against chronic pain sufferers by, without any prior warning, denying them the ability to fill their prescription. They have also either hidden, or somehow removed my public post on their Facebook page about this issue, and have yet to respond to the “private message” they asked me to send them.
If pharmacies wish to partake in abusive company “policies”, should they do so with some level of transparency? I guess Harris Teeter in warrenton VA prefers to abuse people in private.
