Great selection and friendly staff. My daughter loves going here and demo'ing the toys on display so I know what to buy for a special occasion. Staff never batts an eye at kids getting in to toy-play. Prices I would say are fair. More expensive than Amazon but only by a couple bucks. Happy to pay to support a local business that brings joy to my daughter on every visit.There was an issue with store hours in Summer where the store had to close early. I arrived within about 10 minutes until close and was told the store was closing. The staff did not rush anyone out the door and was still OK waiting for remaining customers to finish up.

I have so many good memories of coming here as a child and I have also enjoyed bringing my own children here. However, recently the customer service has seemed to decline. The people working are never friendly, never greet me, never ask if I need help. It just is a very noticeable difference from the welcoming environment it used to be. Around Christmas the employee checking me out seemed annoyed to be doing it. I was hoping it was just a bad day but it's happened several times since. I'll continue popping in for nostalgic reasons but I hope this is addressed.

Just a quick reminder to shop small. We have an amazing toy store here in Warrenton. I grabbed ALL of Abigail and Wyatt’s Christmas presents from here and y’all… when checking out they were like do you want these wrapped? I of course said YES.
