I’m very glad I found Euro for my BMW service. They are efficient, friendly and honest. With each visit I receive a text message with photos and descriptions of everything they are working on and are checking. Afterward I receive a full report of work completed plus all other observations of systems that are working properly. I appreciate this level of detail! Over the years I have also found them to be measured in their response to findings- they are honest about what’s important or could be done later.

Bryan and team are awesome. Very trust worthy. Brought our BMW here after dealer ship in Sterling decided every error code was a required fix, which of the 4 only one was an active error. Bryan even stopped work on the main error to allow me to see if the dealership would fix the part since it was a Service Bulletin and I had no record of the work being done. Unfortunately they supposedly fix it in the past BUT fortunately for me EuroService Automotive was a reliable and trustworthy shop we can now depend on. The service you reactive is as good as going to the dealership but you’re no longer a number.
They are also super close as opposed to driving all the way out to sterling. If you need a European car worked on this is your place to go to.

I can’t completely convey how happy I am about my experiences with EuroService. Things I personally value: fairness, transparency, COMMUNICATION, integrity, problem solving/critical thinking, relatability, and competence. EuroService exemplified all of the above. My vehicle was a problem child that could have created so much more stress, but they combined modern-day electronic communications and customer engagement with quality craftsmanship to get me back on the road…each time. Prices were fair, they delivered on/ahead of schedule, and people are great. Thank you for all the help.

Having a Range Rover is as amazing as frustrating. It's like no other vehicle I have had other than the Land Rover:) Euroservice absolutely knows Range Rovers. They picked up on everything I needed and were happy to give me information on the vehicle when I asked. I know I can be a handful when I get rolling, never mind the Sprite and Cokes for the customers, it was just another thing to make my visit awesome.
