Estimated wait times on prescriptions are never accurate. I was given a 5:00 ready time for my sons prescription and it wasn't ready until 6. I go pick up prescriptions right after work, so having to wait around another hour to get home is ridiculous. My husband had a prescription called in at 11am, was given a 2:30 ready time. At 5:15, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I live 30 minutes from the pharmacy and have to have my kids picked up by 6. I thought for sure this would be more than enough time to give them, again I was wrong. Corporate needs to step in and provide more assistance or have an over haul.

Went in for an appointment for vaccines (which I mistakenly assumed was with the clinic and not with the pharmacy) immediately as I walked in to the clinic the floater was asking me questions of what service I needed and started asking about insurance, immediately dismissed me and talked over me saying “I don’t think we take that”. I need to call someone and got on the phone, again very dismissive and condescending. My 12yo even said “does she just not want to give shots?” after unsuccessfully trying to call for an answer, I let her know that if they take tricare then they take our insurance she dismissed me again and was visibly getting flustered and the noticed we weren’t on her schedule (which is when we realized the appt was with the pharmacy and not MinuteClinic). Her demeanor and attitude was the absolute worst!! The ladies at the pharmacy were very informative and nice, can’t say the same for the floater at MinuteClinic!

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They are completely apathetic and don't bother to contact you if there are issues. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else

Horrible pharmacy! Arrived at 5pm only to be told Rx wasn't ready and it'd be 30 mins. Came back THE NEXT MORNING and Rx still wasn't ready. Clown show.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. They’re so slow and rude. I don’t understand. I waited two hours and had to have the manager go back and get my prescription for me. I feel bad for them but they aren’t properly staffed. The female pharmacist or lead tech which brown hair and glasses has the biggest attitude and was super rude to customers when they came in and inquired about their medicine and told a customer to go to walgreens to get their prescription. Lady who was helping at the front desk of pharmacy was super helpful and even remembered my birthday bc i told her so many times. manager was helpful.

I don't know why everyone is acting like this is the worst pharmacy. I think you all actually are just rude and impatient and don't understand anything that's going on in a pharmacy. I've been using the Warrenton CVS for almost 10 years, I still use it for obvious reasons. Yes, sometimes my script is not ready yet - but in what world does that make the workers incompetent? Oh no....I have to wait 20 minutes every once in awhile... Also, it's really not that hard to get the app or call ahead of time to check if it's ready. I've literally never had an issue if I do that. So many people take advantage of pharmacy workers and are so rude, maybe think twice before you write these ridiculous reviews ridiculing a service that you aren't even competent to do.

The slowest pharmacy ever. Waited over 2 hours for my meds. Kept being told “prescription will be done in 20 minutes.” And then 20 minutes later only to be told the same exact thing. The drive thru lines were absolutely absurd. Will never use this pharmacy again.

First, THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE. They never have enough cashiers to service customers in a timely manner. Almost always 8+ people in line. If they screw up your insurance, which they are prone to do, you're sent to a different cashier who eventually gets it right and then...sends you to the back of the line!!! I now drive 15 miles out of my way rather than tolerate this ineptitude.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. The sole reason I am going there is because they seem to be the only ones who can get my scrip. They don't bother to answer the phone, even to say "hi we will be with you asap". No, they will make you sit on hold for 10 mins without a word, leaving you wondering whether anyone is even in the store. Further, they will lose your prescription (after notifying you that it is ready) and then make you wait while they fix their mistake. Last time I went, the person at the drive-thru told me it was too early to fill my scrip even though they sent me a text saying it was ready. And for the record, it WAS ready, but they somehow couldn't find it. She only acknowledged her mistake after I held up my phone to show the text. Then, she had the audacity to tell me to go back through the line while they refilled it. I said, "I'm coming inside, how about that?" But wait, it gets better: about 30 seconds after I parked, I got another notification saying my scrip was ready. Imagine that. By the time I pulled back around and got to the window again, that lady was gone. I think she knew what was going to happen and made herself scarce. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. They are terrible!

The pharmacy has gone down hill. Used to be able to get a prescription immediately after a dr called it in, now it takes more than a day (or longer). Went to the drive thru 15 minutes after they opened and no one ever came. A line of cars piled up behind us, pushed call button twice, gave up and left. Why have a drive thru?

If your pharmacy messes up your prescription, they are held liable. That's wrong Rx, incorrect dosage, etc. Contact DHP and file a compliant. Then, contact an injury lawyer that specializes in medical malpractice. This place messed up with me 3 times already. I'm done.

This CVS is a one star service stop every time. With the extra 30 minutes they are going to make me wait in the car with my sick child I will be a little happier knowing that the manager who reads this can feel some of my frustration with this location. First, it looks like I'm in good company as this is a one star CVS ( so I need to say no more). My countless bad experiences are well documented by others in my area. I received a tex saying the medication is ready for pickup. When I get there they do not have it. They said the will rush fill it. Just keep driving through the drive through until we fill it. Other experiences have been similar. From not charging out insurance to not having it ready. I heard from another disgruntle customer saying that they closed a CVS and this location doesn't have the staff to help customers in a timely manner. Good thing for us there are many choices for a pharmacy.

One-minute clinic is run by an old salty lady. She didn’t greet me or anything just asked me “ what do you want”. She was very unprofessional and if I could rate them 0 stars I would

This is the worst operated pharmacy I've patronized. Every time I come here, inside or drive through, it's unreasonably slow. Regardless of when the prescription is ordered, it's never ready upon arrival.Today, I went inside to try and dodge the drive through. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I get to the counter and they say (as always) we'll rush your order and it will be 15-20 minutes. I said, I ordered it yesterday, the response is "they're busy". So I come back, 30 minutes later and now I'm sitting in the drive through line for another 30+ minutes (I'm typing this in line and am still not to the window). You're not busy, you're inefficient and run by incompetents. Walgreens doesn't have this issue and that's where I'll be taking my business.
