The pharmacist here is SO rude. Heaven forbid you call to try and fix an issue with your medication, that THEY cause, by the way. She will cut you off, yell at you, talk to other people while she’s on the phone with you and make the experience so stressful. Every single month there is an issue with my daughter’s medication and it’s constantly on their end. No wonder CVS has so many lawsuits against them. Do any of your employees have an education level higher than a 1st grader? It doesn’t seem like it. Sometimes I debate going into debt to pay for my daughter’s medication so I don’t have to use this joke of a pharmacy.

Very fast prescription turn around and great hours. We are visiting from out of town, our local pharmacy closes at 6pm. This was a great experience

The employees I interacted with were incredibly rude. I have a family member who is really sick and had been waiting for his prescription all day. I walked at 6:59, as it was turning 7:00, they had already closed everything early, and clearly just wanted to go home. I talked to multiple employees to try and get the prescription, but instead of nicely turning me down at the least, they all tried their hardest to avoid me, and talked to me very rudely. I never got the prescription, and I will not be going back to that CVS.

Where to begin with the perils this pharmacy has caused me? Let’s start with them nearly sending me to the hospital because the pharmacist TRIPLED the dosage of my medication. The script was for 4g daily, but the pharmacist changed the instructions so I was taking nearly 10g daily. After 2 days of my heart beating out of my chest, I called the doctor who explained that CVS had me overdosing. So that’s nice. Then for a separate prescription that I needed to have transferred from another location - this location was insistent I needed an entirely new script and that they couldn’t fill it. Nope, not the case. Our original CVS pharmacist had to literally call this location and talk them through how to do a 30 vs a 90 day supply, because they had no idea how to do it. I have ZERO trust in this pharmacy. They have only caused me more stress and their carelessness could have sent me into liver failure. Pharmacist should have their license revoked.

My Urine showed abnormal cells on the 23rd. It is now the 28th and the doctor has called in medicine that I told her I cannot take for UTI that I knew I had last week. Doctor does not care a thing about me.

Awful. I blame corporate for making it worse by closing the Frost Ave. store. Now the Blackwell store is often out of medicine, phone calls are immediately dumped, pharmacists who are professionals are treated horribly by management.

A BIG Thank you to Cameron & Katherine in the pharmacy at CVS Blackwell Rd who went above & beyond for my daughter & me on 1/27/2024. We waited almost an hour for urgent care to send her RX to CVS, all while my daughter was in the car extremely sick with 103 fever from strep throat, Katherine explained situation to Cameron who called Piedmont urgent care & was able to finally get RX sent & filled quickly!! Thank you both again!

Doctor prescribes medication. Medication ordered. Immediately delayed. Store is out of stock. Call the store as requested, representative says "out of stock, ordered, delayed to Monday." Come monday, doctor's office calls. No in stock, unable to order.
Just a point blank lie from this pharmacy. Why would I trust a pharmacy that just point blank lies? I wouldn't.

While talking to the person checking us out at the pharmacy, we get told there is no profile for you in our system. Simultaneously, I get a text saying my script is ready for pickup. She asks the pharmacist, who hands her our meds, BUT they wouldn't let me have them. After another 15 minutes of multiple staff trying to help us, we get told, "This computer said you live on X Street, but the other one says X Road. So we couldn't check you out. " The staff were helpful, but CVS systems are broken at multiple layers.

Takes over 6 hours to fill OINTMENT prescriptions for infants. Choose a different pharmacy in town.

If I could give it fewer stars I would give it, the service here is the worst, but the saddest is that the manager or the owner , whoever responsible do nothing, the front desk people here are unfriendly, rude and always has awful attitude, i prefer drive more time to another cvs with better service, remember people we are buying, you not giving things away.
