My husband and I have been the clients of the State Farm agency led by Mr. Charles Robinson longer than I remember. We are very happy with their service.Every time we filed a claim either for damage to our cars or our house we we were very satisfied with their prompt response and the results. Additionally, I would like to add a special comment about Ms.Jasmine Smith.I love dealing with her because she is always polite, very professional, well informed and extremely efficient. In fact, I would love to be able to clone Jasmine and send her clones to work in other places I deal with.

Mr. Robinson and his amazing team has been taking care of our family for almost 35 years. I have been with Charles Robinson-State Farm for a while now and Jasmine Smith, the Office Manager is the best! This lady is so efficient and has the patience of Job in the Bible! She is very detailed-oriented. It's good to know when speaking with Mr. Robinson he understands and know the value of his people. He made it known to me about her as well and for that I respect him to the fullest. I find myself a lot of times if I need to call in and she's not in the office I will wait and call back when she is but usually if I leave a message I don't have to worry because I know she will return my call. They are always willing to work with you and help in anyway and I love them for that!

I pay a lot of my bills online with ACH. Your State Farm website has one of the BEST presentations of prior bills paid, and handles different accounts used to pay different bills just phenomenally. A great deal of information is presented in a clean, logical manner, which makes it simple to review and extremely simple to complete the payment task. Kudos for a job well done! There are a lot of sites who could learn how to do it better from you.
