This has to be the company with the absolute worst customer service! It has taken me 17+ hours on the phone talking to very underqualified service represenatives who continue to give wrong and inaccurate information. It should not take 17+ hours to order one prescription.

waiting over 8hrs for my meds, still not filled, still on hold for 37min to talk to a real person. If you need meds do not go to them! going to be a long long night till I can find another store to take care of me

I really like the Pharmacist, Rober. He is so good to me and nothing is ever a problem. The staff are professional, understanding and always remember my name when I walking the door. Thank you for your great service!

Dropped prescription off at 3pm. Went back to pick up at 7:30 pm and not ready had a question so instead of calling they just let it sit, so I answered question and waited for another hour and a half when told 20 minutes.

There were 9 people in line upon arrival. One customer was in line twice the same day. I was told they need a prior authorization for a medicine. It's Friday, doctors office is closed, and the pharmacy tells me my insurance changed...not correct and which it's been the same for 7 years. The manager of Walgreens has been informed our family will not be doing business there anymore.

Hands down, best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are super friendly, and get your order right, every time. They make dealing with complicated orders and your health insurance easy and they find manufacturers coupons to save you money. Something unheard of at places like CVS and Walgreens!

I called this morning to see if they had a specific item in stock and employee said yes there are six of them I stated that I live 45 minutes away and I will be there to come pick those items up. I asked if those items could be placed on hold on she said oh you don't have to worry about it there's six of them
