My husband Mike and I went to this car lot. We purchased a 2013 Chevy Avalanche Black Diamond addition. It was very clean, Ray, Adam, Lucy and Alex was very accommodating. This is a family owned business and they take pride in all their vehicles. They went the extra mile to please my very picky husband. I highly recommend.

This was by far the best used car buying experience I have had. I needed a reliable vehicle for under $10,000 the very same day and these folks made it happen. The salesman and staff were courteous and respectful. I did not feel pressured to buy and they even helped making recommendations for which vehicles would better suit my commuting needs. They even stayed open late for me to return and finalize paperwork. 110% satisfaction and I am happy with my new to me, Ford Focus. I will certainly be returning when it comes time for my daughters to start driving. Five out of five would certainly buy again.

Hoping everyone learns from me, do not buy from this dealership. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do not trust the employees or the vehicles. You'll need major repairs! I purchased a 14 F150 and it needs an engine. My sister in law purchased a 14 F150 and she just had her engine replaced. My fiance bought a 12 Dodge and he's over $3,000 in repairs and it still needs more. Save your money and stay away!!

Car ran very poorly. Guy stalled it out 15 times even stalled it on the busy road in front of the business. Kept trying to tell me it needed more gas despite it having a 1/4 tank of gas in it. He was trying to take it to the gas station to dump seafoam in it

Wasted literally 2.5 hours driving from South Richmond to look at a 2004 Tahoe, clean carfax, 1 owner w/ less than 100k. For a 20 year old car, it looked great. Ray ASSURED ME that it had no frame rust, ran well and was thoroughly inspected. The vehicle barely ran, it even stalled out in the middle of a busy road as Ray brought it around for my husband to test drive. The vehicle also had been PAINTED, even though he said it hadn’t. There was overspray everywhere. Ray even said to my husband, “it just needs more gas in it”. Like what?? It had 1/4 tank in it. The car looked great online, I was so sure it was the unicorn Ray promised. Wrong. Also something I feel worthy of noting- I put a $250 “non refundable” deposit down and they proceeded to list it on Facebook Marketplace an hour later. I should have known then. They did end up refunding the $250 deposit because of how bad this vehicle really was. Don’t let the few good reviews fool you. I begged them to be honest with me before I drove 2.5 hours or got my husband to (I’m pregnant which I told him on the phone this morning), and they still weren’t. Don’t waste your time on this place!

This is the best easiest car buying experience ive ever had i recently purchased my 2018 traverse AWD here and Everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to make sure the car was perfect for us exactly what they said to us and kept very amazing communication We were hesitannt at first because it was a used car dealer and we dont typically trust just any dealership but they are by far amazing . Great prices easy process and overall 100% very honest and caring people . I definiely recommened them for anyone and will come here for any car needs i ever will have thank you Car Bargain!!!!

All of the guys , and lady, at Car Bargain were extremely helpful, and went above and beyond anything that was expected of them to help me get in the truck i wanted to take home ! Very transparent with pricing , and I was very pleased with the entire experience from the beginning until the day i drove my truck off the lot ! A family owned and operated business that i would definitely recommend.

I wanted to first start off by saying the dealers at this dealership are great they will work with you and make sure you are pleased with what you are looking at. I have been here more than once looking at 2 trucks and decided on one truck that has been more than great. They have worked with me to make the truck as great as it looks now.
