This place cost us over $550 in damaged drapes from their work. When I tried to get a resolution, The owner was dishonest and unwilling to make up for the mistake(s). I've left two reviews online in my entire life. I felt it was important to let the public know not to trust anything of value with this cleaner. There's a reason you rarely get an answer when you call and you can't find an email address or website. They don't want to address their mistakes or provide any bit of reasonable customer service. Don't gamble when it comes to anything of value or that you cherish. Find another option.

Frankly, they lie. Took in a jacket I received via Amazon. It was terribly wrinkled and I took it in to be pressed. Picked it up a few days later and when the plastic was removed, it was clear that nothing had been done to it. I returned and gave them the option of fixing it or refunding my $4.32. The person said she didn't know how to give refunds so I left it to actually be pressed.Received a call from the owner the next day stating that it looked like it had just come out of a shipping bag. Responded that it had, and it took it to them to be pressed and it came back looking just like it did when I took it in. She claimed they had no record of it!Fortunately, there are plenty of other dry cleaners to chose from.

Acclaim is the best cleaners in the area. Other cleaners in the area have lost expensive items and aren't the most polite or understanding. Acclaim has gone out of their way to ensure I get short notice items and is always cordial.

We brought a dress shirt and dress pants in to be cleaned and pressed right after a purchase, the area where the sticker was on the shirt and the pants was very prominent and outlined as if nothing had been cleaned but just pressed. Figured we give it one more try took a dress vest shirt and pants along with a tie in to be cleaned and pressed as well just went to pick up the tie has creases from the pressing as well as the vest and the pants still have the sticker outline once again. What am I paying for? The gentleman stated when I dropped off that they would clean them and press them so that the sticker outline would not be there, obviously they don't do what they say and whoever presses for them does a horrible job
