Real easy to get an appt. for my golden even though he had never been there before. Vet was nice and interacted well with our dog. Seemed to be knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too.

In the area for a short get away. Wanted to do a few things that our dog couldn’t do (warm pools and horseback riding). Valley Animal watches him for the day even though they were pretty full with longer-term boarders. Worked perfectly and I could tell they took good care of him.

I had 2 old dogs, with each dogs passing (each a year a part) they began to pass while at home and were suffering, I called this vet who on both occasions seemed cold & uncaring & would not see me until the following day "BOTH times" because quote "we are a little busy", seriously, my dogs were forced to suffer because the vet really did not care. Both of my babies did not make it until the next day, they both passed at home after hours of suffering. What kind of vet allows animals to sit in pain because they are busy? There are not other vets in this area very little choices for people here. If you can go somewhere else, do it!
