This employee , Amy Ramires, has been great. I have spent more than $75k at another place and she has made us a Zales customer for life. Her dedication to customer service and now knowing me personally makes me feel welcomed and a company I can trust. In her absence manage has been wonderful as well.

My apologies for the late response. On Friday, 07/24/2024 I presented to the Lynnhaven Mall Zales location with a very unique return request and was greeted by Elvie. She was polite, professional, and willing to listen to my complex concern. While a bit apprehensive in the information I had already ready received, she willingly proceeded and within less than a half an hour Ms. Elvie had completed the return and explained next steps. The original purchase was for a 42nd wedding anniversary gift that didn’t work out. However, Ms. Elvie left me with a positive experience through it all. Thank you everyone who assisted in this process and great job Ms. Elvie!! You are awesome ?? ??.
