She found a beautiful dress and because they were having their annual prom sale, she picked out a scratcher and we got 60% off!!! If you've been to Monkee's this is sort'of like that boutique but less pretentious and more affordable. They had a great range of items in the store - shorts, jeans, dresses, sweaters and accessories. Some really cute jewelry and other items as well as a few shoes. It's an adorable boutique with a unisex bathroom in back and two fitting rooms. Friendly staff greeted and helped us. I saw some adorable everyday pieces and tunics as well as some holiday party dresses and sweaters! I will def be back.”

“Went to Buckle for the first time today, I’ve never shopped in this store or any other location before. I needed some new clothes to freshen up my wardrobe. I saw a shirt I liked on the mannequin and an employee named Ashley came up to me to see if I needed assistance. I haven’t had a great experience shopping for clothing the last few years after having a baby and Ashley made me feel great and the shopping trip even better. I ended up leaving with several cute shirts that I probably wouldn’t have even picked up off the rack. Thanks for a great trip and confidence booster!”

“After a poor customer service experience today at Nike Collective, I wanted to circle back and give praise for the amazing customer service experienced this past Saturday at this location. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday but was just finding no style and no luck where I had been looking. It's been years but decided to pop in the Torrid for some much needed style to add to my wardrobe. The ladies were immediately warm, welcoming, and most informative. “My names Nakisha and I just wanted to give some feedback on an employee at store number 4591 her name is Sage. She was so helpful in helping me find the bra size I needed. I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant for years for my bras and recently found out I was wearing the incorrect size. One of your other employees I didn’t get her name I forgot it unfortunately but she was short and Spanish decent I think she was soooo helpful also. It was on two different visits so my first visit was last Thursday I went in to pick up a bra I ordered online and had sent to the store. I decided to get measured and the female that assisted me that day was a little older Spanish and short I forgot her name but she definitely helped me so much I had been wearing the incorrect size all these years. I wanted to cry when we tried out bras that were actually my correct size they felt so good and supportive. I really want to thank her and Sage. Yesterday I went back to grab another bra and return some shoes that didn’t work out and Sage assisted me the entire time. She was so polite and also helped me pick out 2 bras that fit perfectly. These two ladies really made my day I appreciate it nowadays you don’t get that over the top customer service so I was shocked when I was greeted and helped the entire time. These ladies deserve a raise or promotion or some sort of recognition cause I will continue to drive all the way from Chesapeake to this store because of them. Some of the best customer service I’ve received in awhile.”

“After a foot injury, my doctor told me to buy New Balance sneakers. I haven't worn sneakers in thirty years. I got the wrong ones. They have a guarantee. I took them up on it and tried on virtually every style in my size. Found a pair that is much more comfortable. What I found amazing was that the young man who worked there was extremely knowledgeable and ever so nice. They took my first pair back and will donate them. Someone will get a free pair of gently used shoes. I'll be back in six months for a new pair.”

“Today I went into Kohl’s to purchase a bottle of perfume. I was there for about 15 minutes as there were associates at the register talking to one another. Not one associate in Sephora asked me if I needed any help. I left the store, and decided to called Kohl’s from the parking lot as I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Jamie who is the manager. He was extremely nice on the phone. He advised me to come back in the store and he will make sure that I am taken care of. I met Jamie, and it was a pleasure! I purchased my perfume, and I received a curtesy discount.
