The slowest tellers in the game the only good ones they had moved to other bank s I guess I'm gone do the samething smh you never can get in and out of here it's 20 30mins everytime

Have attempted on multiple accounts to go into this bank and get customer service to help me. Never been successful. Today was the final time. Walked in looking to open two new accounts for my kids, as always, no one can help. Told to try online. After all these years I will be moving money elsewhere. Worst customer service ever, and literally one other customer inside the branch

I just found out, They are supposed to see customers for appointments Until 4p inside yet my appointment was at 2:30p. and they told me I was their last appt. seemed like everyone in there was on break while I was there. 3-4 at desks—Gossiping and I apparently was the only one seen st 2:30. No wonder it took 2-3 wks to get an appointment!! WoW! After 20 years with them we are looking elsewhere to hold our money$$

The service is horrendous. I went to the bank today to deposit money for my business account. Since I own a business, there is always plenty of five and one dollar bills.

The tellers are always sweet to me ,but i have a problem with the management First off sometimes there are more tellers working the window then inside the bank, second off on the first of every month they need to have all hands on deck as just about every senior citizen comes on to cash there checks and there is a line out the door when the bank opens, Even when i come in later on there is a line and waiting time is 35 to 45 minutes and older people have a hard time standing that long, I have there on 5 different times that the manger and another teller is just walking around watching and not helping during this busy time if they have time to just watch they have time to help, that means that the manger should be at a teller window as well.I have seen many times at other banks where they are working a window when it get really busy.There are 7 or 8 spots that tells can work yet there are no more then 3 at a time working ,I will be inline tomorrow and i can tell you it will be crazy because it is Friday so it will be even busier then any other 1st of the month and they are always crazy in there on right.I sure hope that this will change but i am guessing not ,Wells Fargo does not care much for us older crowned i am guessing other wise this would never happen again on the first of the month I mean the first day of the month sometimes that means on the second when the 1st lands on a Sunday either way it will not be better will it?

Subpar service at best... Charges for things that should be free, zero concern about customer retention... I'll be changing banks today.
