Horrible bank. They don't have thier clients interests in mind. Someone sent a check for work and we deposited it and was scammed by them and they decided to close my account. Very professional. Now I have to get a new business account because they don't care about clients. No money was lost or anything since they caught it. Horrible bank. I rely on them to catch the scammers.

Ridiculous long line and only one teller. Two other employees (I believe at least one was the manager) sitting in a chair doing nothing to assist the line. Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo I’ve been to.

This location deserves no stars. I will be filing a complaint after my visit to this location this afternoon. I whole heartedly believe I was just discriminated against and racially profiled.

I visited the branch this morning to change my last name , I asked a woman in a white blazer if I needed to stand in line or wait for a banker and she rolled her eyes . I ended up leaving because I couldn’t believe how rude this woman was. This branch is closest to my home , but I’ll drive a further distance to another Wells Fargo . This woman’s attitude was disgusting and not helpful at all . Do better !

Absolute joke !!! Manager has to get her/his act together and either run this place like a pro or find another job . Employees are lazy and rude .. I won’t get into a details but every single time I visit this location it’s a problem .. I don’t write reviews cuz it’s a waste of time and I wasted enough time in this place .. I won’t be back and hope this location will close and stop disappointing customers ..

Rudest most unhelpful bankers I’ve ever Met. It’s really sad they treat their customers like we are an inconvenience to them, when they wouldn’t have a job without their customers. Today was the last time I will ever step foot in Wells Fargo on Kempsville! I waited in line for over 15 min with only one banker open and 2 others just laughing and talking. Just terrible customer service.
