Awesome customer serviceNever had a problem they were not able to help me solve .I love the fact that after everything we went through with Covid. They called to make sure all my banking needs were met and if I needed to change anything.Even when you have to wait it’s not long. ?

The branch is open and has yet to open their drive thru for whatever reason. I see clients coming in and out and the teller clearly sees me waiting.

I went there twice just asked for help setting up a loan. Carmen Rhodes literally did nothing, told me she’d call me for an appointment twice and never responded. At least tell me she could not help me, then it’s ok and I’ll look for others but unprofessionally told me to wait for her call and gone forever

So disappointed with this bank employee at this location, Carmen Rhodes, she was so quick to open up my account, called back to ask a simple question and instead of her doing some simple research on her end she was so quick to brush me off and put blame on someone else. Dont ever let her handle your personal banking business through wells Fargo. She will only treat you like a number and not a valued customer

Never going to this bank again! Two different times I've come here, I've been waiting in line for more than ten minutes at the drive thru. Today I come here (3/4/2021 @ 2:30 pm), and I'm waiting 20 minutes just to even get up to the window (and I was ONE CAR behind)! There was another car in the second line and she took forever to leave (she was there for 5 minutes after we saw the box come through the tube, and it never went back up, so we knew she was done)! It sounded like the teller and customer were socializing! Backed up and went to another branch, where I only waited one minute to get to the window and was all done within five minutes!

Hated it there were three bankers present who refused to take instructions to set up a wire for instructions that can only be done inside a bank by a banker. Even after waiting in the lobby for 4.25 to 5 pm and when no one was there to see those bankers they refused to do this anyway just because I didn't have an appointment.Please run away and take your money this is not a good bank to bank with period.

I went to my own Bank (Old Point National) to cash/deposit and get a Cashiers Check for a Government Check, I was told since I didn't have funds in my own account to cover check, I would have to wait 10 days for it to clear .. (B.S.-Goverment check).. So I went to Wells Fargo (which check was drawn from) told them the situation/problem I was having, They Assisted me in getting check cashed, getting a Cashiers Check, and opening a Checking Account, which I will have Both my Government checks direct deposited to .. Thankyou Ms. Carmen Rhodes and the other Staff at Wells Fargo for All the help in Assisting me with my problem..
