I visited this branch today to cash two checks. I am not a member, so I anticipated problems. There were 3 people ahead of me, but I was in line for less than 5 minutes. My teller Shelly took care of me in less time than that. She was very professional, polite and efficient. Great experience! Thank you.

They can add and subtract, but, if you need any REAL banking done, go to towne center. Better still, go to a different bank all together.

This Wells Fargo branch is absolutely garbage. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.Almost all Wells Fargo’s in the area closed, I can guarantee this one will be the next one to go.Took me 37 minutes just to get a cashiers check. No, there wasn’t a long line. Only 4 people ahead of me. Just one teller, and even she didn’t know what she was doing.The other banker couldn’t help me either because she had an appointment in 30 minutes and had to catch up on computer work.Terrible customer service. I’ll avoid this branch at ALL costs.I’d rather drive to Hampton than come to this branch again.What a waste of time.

The mustache man never helpful and he seems hate being there. They don't like people waiting in the waiting area for their turn. What they do is telling customer they need to wait at least 1.5h to 2 hours maybe longer even there is one people ahead of you. Really?? Why don't you tell that you just don't want to help don't want to do your job. Incompetent employees!!

I called this branch ahead of time to make sure we could get a document notarized. The banker at this branch told me I didn’t need an appointment and could come in any time, everyone there is a notary. So, we go over about an hour later. We walked in and ask to get the one signature notarization and the lady (who I’m assuming is the manager) told me she didn’t have time today and she went around and checked with everyone and no one else had availability either. In the 5 minutes it took her to do this she could have notarized the thing. She told us we could come back tomorrow but she also has no availability then either. She asked who I talked to and if I had called the corporate number and I told her I called this specific branch. We left without anything notarized and with 5 of them standing around with no other customers in the building. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since they purchased Wacovia. I’m done and will be closing my account as soon as possible.

Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting to get a receipt for a deposit... Late for lunch return and still had to go to another wells fargo to get whay i needed... YOU HAVE TO CARE ABOUT OTHER'S TIME... ITS NOT EVEN 12 NOON AND THEY SLOW ON A FRIDAY... NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL
