If I could give a negative star, I would. Do not go to this location. The service gets progressively worse. Clearly, their employees are not treated well or paid enough. Each person does not smile. Today someone actually said..."They are not gonna rush me." Wow. Horrible.

I have never seen that 2 people are working at the same time over there. Only one person is working for 20 customers. Terrible service

This is a nice Wells Fargo location with walk-up and drive-up ATMS as well as drive-through service and inside service. It's not the smallest, nor largest and is somewhere in the middle. Going inside won't take a long time if you time it right (or get lucky) but we tend to cruise through and go to the ATM later in the day or on weekends and have never had a problem. The construction on Laskin makes it appear you can't turn into the Hilltop shopping area but you can at the light right by this bank - just slow and make your right turn. Tons of parking an nearby shopping to run those errands.

Appalling behavior of staff. Multiple occasions I was treated with disrespect. Unprofessional behavior I would not expect from a bank ... Including managers ... not to mention lines inside are consistently 20 min long... can't wait to open another account so I can close mine at Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo protect your money. They call you and don’t allow withdrawal from your account it appear to be fraudulent.

On Saturday I went with my teenage daughter to open her first solo account. Kiana, I hope I’m spelling it right, did a phenomenal job. Our appointment was for 11. She showed my teen everything. With so much patience and understanding. Answered every question in a sense that was professional but also fair for a young teen. Gave my teen financial advice in teens terms. Stayed after closing to make sure we understood everything.Thank you for taking the time. Not rushing just because the bank was closing.

I would never ever put my hard earned money into this bank. Their most spoken words are..."I'm so sorry." SMH. And the one star is only bc no star isn't a selection.

I went in this bank to try to cash my check and the teller was slow and didn't know what she was doing. It was only one teller working what is the purpose. I walked out it is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst customer service you could ever want for a bank. I have banked with them for over 20 years I went through all of the transitions of buyouts. Last year my debit card got stolen and they never shipped me a new one. After several attempts I decided to move my accounts to a local bank. I went to this bank and they assured me all of my accounts had been closed. Come to find out they left a credit card account open. A reoccurring payment for $6.00 went through. I was never notified. I missed the payment. Once I was aware of the payment from a call I paid it in full and it went in my credit record. I asked them to please notify the credit rating company and they said it’s not their fault. I tried several people and they would not help me and just said I can put a request in. Please consider using a local bank that care about customer service.

No customer service.. worst bank ever.. waited 20 minutes for teller.. only one in branch.. never recognized..do not waste you time.. dealing with this bank!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service? Not here! After waiting in teller line I was told I need to see a "banker" for a wire transfer ( OK, that was on me. Didn't know) Had a seat and waited for a banker. When she finally freed up she came over and asked what I needed. I said I needed to set up a wire transfer. She said, " I have an appointment at 10:30, you could go to another branch" I looked at my watch- 10:20 and no one else waiting to see her. ?!?! It is going to take you more than ten minutes to set up a wire transfer? Go to another branch? And go thru this again? I will figure it out online. Maybe we don't need physical "bankers", especially with this level of service.

I needed to resolve issues with the new account blocked due to it getting tagged for lack of deposit. With Angel’s patience we were able to resolve it. It took as awhile to get the account unblocked due to back log call center. I would have rated it five if not for what I perceived to be an understaffed call center.
