My mother and came here and tried to get ice cream from the vending machine. And it was expired since July 2023 the lady says “if you want your money back I can’t give it to you” and I say “I was just letting you know it’s expired not for the money back” and the women goes “I know I can speak English” both my mother and I are Hispanic women ) and the worker also says the funniest thing “ices cream doesn’t expire”. lol to be racist and not the smartest is just funny ?.

I own and operate rental properties in Sandbridge, and use wash land at Hill Top for my weekly laundry of linens for three houses. The store is always clean, well managed and maintained, and the manager, Jamie, is terrific to work with. She’s very helpful, friendly, and always available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed.
I recommend, and will continue to recommend, Wash Land.

Been coming here since 2019. This place is easy and convenient to get my laundry done faster than at my apartment.
As far as customer service all the employees have been helpful. The older lady with glasses as other reviews point out is a gem. She is always working making sure her drops offs are on schedule. I’ve seen people specifically ask for her to do their laundry. If she hears someone having trouble with the card machine she automatically goes there to help. This lady is always on point and it saddens me to see so many people say these negative things because that woman is one of the hardest working people I have met. As a Latina I can tell you that she does not judge people their ethnicity like other people insinuate. I’ve seen her interact with all sorts of people. I have even been able to chat with her and talk about our cultures. She honestly has a heart of gold. They are short staffed so these ladies are working 7 days a week. Give them a break.
The restrooms are locked but I remember there being a few situations of homeless individuals going in there and making a huge mess. But if you ask they will gladly open the restroom for you.
Lastly you can’t be upset at these ladies for any issues with the vending machines or the games in there. These machines are from vendors. I myself have had issues with them at times but at the end of the day it’s the vendor’s issue.
Unfortunately now days you have a lot of Karens out there who expect people to bend over backwards for them and are never satisfied. At the end of the days these ladies are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve some damn respect for having to clean up y’alls underwear.

Very rude attendant that was an older lady. I was getting a new card and she said "NO put it in the yellow slot" with an irritated tone and then walked away. The machine wasn't working either way so I left-why would I give business to a place with such poor customer service?

I agree with the one star reviews, i don't know her name but her service was terrible, and her actions behind your back when she answers your questions were unimaginable, i don't think i will coming back here again.

You can go there with a card or cash and get your laundry done, which is great! The location is clean.
The washers did a fantastic job getting the sand out of our clothes. The bathrooms were available and had hand soap. ?
The staff treated us well. Laundry mat has great hours. Just a tiny bit pricey but not too bad. When I’m in the area I’ll always use this laundromat.

I had to wash twice, the machines leave the clothes smelling bad, I won't go back, also, very expensive, I don't know if they use recycled water to wash.

I came here with my kids and mom to wash some laundry while on vacation, I noticed it had high ratings and felt good about it, unfortunately the customer service is complete trash. The older lady that was at the desk is a complete jerk. If you don’t like your job, just say that! My son politely asked her a question and addressed her as ma’am and she completely walked on by him with no acknowledgment. My mother went up to let her know that there was a cockroach on the floor and she replied with “Yeah, I know, people bring them in. We have an exterminator that’s already been here, there’s nothing I can do about it!” really hateful. I asked a question about the machines and she replied with “well, what does it say?”and went back to talking to a coworker. I had high hopes but I was completely wrong. The establishment is nice (other than the bug, but I do understand) but that’s nothing if the employees are hateful. 0/10 recommend. Worse place ever.

Always clean and friendly. We wash here every week because it makes it an enjoyable experience to do a big chore.
