Redmills Walmart you need to improve your system in the locked cologne department!!!
Went there Monday, 6/10/24 around 6:15 pm to purchase men's cologne for under $8.00
No employee in sight, no call button, no instructions for customer who has a key to the locked cabinet.
I was told to walk ALL THE WAY back to customer service, 1 lady helping a customer. 2 other ladies at back counter determined to ignore my "excuse me"
and all eye contact refusing to respond to a customer's question.
The lady at the register became available and paged someone. A friendly associate handed me the 2 men's colognes, I placed them in my cart and went through self checkout.
I understand that these kind of items are frequently stolen, but what sense does it make to put me through the wringer and a 15 min ordeal to access them only to hand these items over???
Pls find a better way

Well stocked, plenty of self checkout. Grab a cart from the parking lot if you can because they don't always have them available up front

Was trying to call bakery for 45 minutes, I only reached them because I called a different area of the store. Just to be told someone was in bakery and the reason they weren’t answering is because they ignore the phones because they speak little English. Which there’s nothing wrong with that. But that’s not a reason to ignore the phones.

For some reason self check out was closed, that is what 3 employees who were standing around told me, I had to go thru the one register that was open.. The two customers ahead of me had full carts, I had one dress pattern. Thanks for the wait Walmart, this is why I shop elsewhere.

I’m not a big fan of Walmart. I wish they sold more. American made products but when I need electrical parts from my Lighting, I know where to go and get it quick when I need it.

Hey they could use more pest control at this location. A screaming harpy keeps flying into the store, screeching and bellowing profanities and harassing other shoppers who won't let her get through with her cart full of nonsensical items (mostly candy).

Ladonna- where do I began. The short five minutes with you left me speechless with your kindness. From you stocking and stopping to help me and my son find the toy section and took us to the completely opposite end of the store from where we began. The way to the toy isle, you helped boost my son’s self esteem for his good behavior he told you about and was so proud of him . He asked about you when we left and said she was happy for me! Complimenting him, and giving me a hug of kindness meant the absolute world to me. In a short five minutes, you made a huge impact on our day! We appreciate you and thank you! You truly are a blessing
