I have been going here for quite some time for my prescriptions and never had an issue until today.
When the girl in the drive through, known as Mary, asked if I would like to speak with a Pharmacist, I said yes. I had a particular question regarding a medication that was going to be used for something rather than it's intended use.
Mary, who could of been a tech said what is your question? I asked her if she was the Pharmacist and she said No in a snotty way, and continued to say she could PROBABLY answer it.
I'm a Nurse, and if any of my patients asked to speak with the Doctor, I wouldn't interfere and pretend to play Doctor.
She did not answer my question and I was not able to speak to the Pharmacist. I was eventually able to figure it out, but feel bad for the people that may not have a medical background and get the opportunity to talk with the Pharmacist vs someone uneducated.
I hope Walgreens can provide Mary some proper education on Pharmacy roles and customer service.

Prescriptions sent to pharmacy at 1230pm. Tried to pick up at 215pm said they were working on them. Still not ready at 631 pm, told they would be ready tonight. Kept checking, finally notified they were done about 2 minutes before they closed. But want to charge me 5.99for delivery tomorrow? Rea

Cannot get our prescription almost 24 hours later. Nothing fancy. Should be in stock. They told us there hours. We came back. They said another two. Then they closed at 9pm with no prescription. Still. How long is someone sick and contagious supposed to wait to get a simple prescription filled.

I called the pharmacy to ask about my prescription order. I was on hold and got hung up on. I called back and got the front cashier. I told the cashier that I was on hold and was hung up on. She was very rude and said hold on I will transfer you back there. I told her I just had a question about an over the counter vitamin and didn't wanted to get hung up on again. I wanted to see if she could tell me if their Walgreens carried the vitamin over the counter. Before I could ask her the question she rudely said "I am just cashier here and don't know if the pharmacy will hung up on you again!" Absolutely poor customer service at this location. No wonder they have poor reviews.

I have been looking for a specific formula for my son for 2 days straight. I called they stated they had the formula. Drove here & the card I was using at the time did not work..I guess the employees and manger could see how stressed & upset I was. The manger took time to figure out what was going on. He was very patient & accommodating. It came down to a communication issue but the problem was still resolved & this store along with their neighborhood store on independence literally made my day so much better. I appreciate the 4 people involved. They went above & beyond for sure!

The store is so organized and clean inside. Collette, the makeup specialist, spent a lot of time helping me find the right makeup and shades I was looking for. She was so helpful and friendly!

I had a very warm welcome going into the store by the cashier on Tuesday the 21st. I was looking at items in the makeup department and got some wonderful help by Shirley, Ty, and another lady. They were very knowledgeable about the products I asked about. They also showed me the app....which I had never looked at before. I was able to save money from coupons on the app and also learned about some new products. Great team!

The manager on duty "Alex" was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable of their own policies. I have used this locations FedEx service several times with zero issues. My package was NOT accepted after several attempts from FedEx to drop off. I called to see what was going on and Alex said they would not accept my package because "it would be added to their inventory" I told him several times this is not true at all and they were a FedEx drop off location and the package is made out to me with my name on it. After an extensive irrational conversation with him, the company shipping my package even called and got the same absurd response. FedEx again attempted a drop off the next day but the store refused (same manager was there) and sent my package back to sender!! This is absolutely insane considering I have never had this issue with this FedEx drop off site. The company was baffled as well and never had this issue with this site. My entire order had to be reprocessed and we are sending to a different site. If you are new, learn your policies at the store prior to rejecting packages because you think "they will be added to your store inventory!!" This has made it extremely inconvenient and an absolute mess trying to get my package when it has never ever been an issue. Very Very poor service!!

Apparently the pharmacist decided to tie one on or something. Been waiting 5 hours for them to open up late, so I can get medicine for a bad infection…. They always drop the ball.. and they are over priced

After having the worst week and worst day, the kind lady stocking the makeup section put a smile on my face and made me feel like I had a new friend.
