Pharmacy staff can’t read prescriptions correctly. I was told I had to ask the doctor to write a new prescription or pay $500. It said right on the prescription that a generic could be used. That time I had to make 3 trips up to the pharmacy to get it right.When it came time for the refill, I was told it would be ready at 1 pm on Monday. I went to the store at 3 pm. Guess what? It wasn’t ready. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes if I wanted to come back. Fine. I came back on Tuesday after receiving a text that the prescription was ready to be picked up. I show up and they acknowledge that it should be there. But lo and behold, they can’t find it. Seriously!?! “Come back in 30 minutes”This pharmacy is a joke. It has the absolute worst service.

Worst pharmacy ever! Script was called in on a Wednesday, went to pick up on Friday afternoon, told it wasn't ready yet. Went back Monday afternoon and was told it still wasn't ready yet. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Pharmacy has been down the tubes since I started going here about 10 years ago. They sometimes cancel my prescription without any cause and can't explain to me why they do it. updated my insurance at least 3 times and they still bill to the old one. It doesn't make sense to call because you can be on hold for almost an hour to get answers and no one knows anything. whenever they cancel any orders of mine and claim they don't know, I take them the screenshot to show them they are responsible.

WORSE then any pharmacy I ever used, including the ones in the third world countries! I feel it all starts with an AWFUL mannered pharmacy MANAGER - she is simply a NON PEOPLE, DOESN'T CARE AND PASSING HER POISON ONTO HER STAFF, LADY (there is A FEW ladies who can be good with proper training, unfortunately they have no proper teacher). Sure hope, one day, she finds herself in a situation many of us are writing about...hope she gets to feel all of our pain combined!I wish I could use stronger words...It's very interesting how we are, who is sick or care for the sick and who is paying these people's salary are getting......the worst service. Can anyone explain what's happening???

Awful pharmacy! Staff is not helpful. They aren’t personable over the phone. In person is better. They don’t communicate anything. You don’t ever know if your prescription is ready or if they even have enough for your whole prescription. They don’t tell you until you come in. Not even if you call first. They cancel prescriptions without reason. We just were switched over as the local Rite Aid was shut down. The transition has been such a disappointment. I’ve been in multiple times for two prescriptions and every single person in line has issues. It’s not just me. They need to figure out how to adjust to the new volumes. Lynette Beasley is the pharmacy manager and she has the worst customer service of them all. It’s a shame I can’t get my prescriptions from the closest pharmacy without basic human decency being exhibited by staff.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred from this pharmacy since the beginning of the month. Since the pharmacy I used to use closed and transferred everything to this pharmacy, I have called I don't even know how many times to get them transferred to another pharmacy because this one won't fill them. I am out of my medication and the other pharmacy can't fill them until Walgreens sends them to them. This is ridiculous and I'm exhausted from trying to resolve this. If they can't fill my prescriptions or transfer them to another pharmacy, why are they even open? No one should have to deal with this frustration!

Absolutely dismal. Waiting in line for over an hour for a prescription I was told would be ready at 5pm. 5:45 I arrive at the front of the line... I'm told it won't be ready for another hour... Guess I'll just get back at the end of the line then ??♂️

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. The lady with the gold teeth is a nightmare. The pharmacist was also incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this pharmacy. If you had Rite Aid and they transfered you to Walgreens, you might as well find another pharmacy now.

I’m sitting in line already at drive thru 30 minutes this is last time I will ever use this pharmacy. If you call it’s 20-30 minutes to get through, go inside or drive through it’s the same 30 minute wait no matter what time of day. Was here two days ago and had to leave because I couldn’t wait any more. Absolutely terrible.

Called Pharmacy prior arrival about the availability of a specific product; the pharmacy tech said they had availability. I pull up 10 minutes later, and was told they haven’t had it and it’s been on back order.

Absolutely horrible, I went there she said she doesn't have my prescription, I called my doctor then she said I can come back in 1hour, I went there after more than an hour, another pharmacist or what ever they call her, she said we don't have your prescription ?, I told her about what happened earlier then she said oh ya I have it. You need to wait for an hour, whaaaaaaaat another hour, then she said 20min, how I don't know from 60min to 20min, and she said to me I apologize I was very happy when I heard that, but she didn't tell me do I should take her apologize before or after the meal, anyways the nurse just called me and she said Walgreen took out my prescription from their system and it hurt my feelings, I should wait 20 more minutes, I learned my lesson, never go to any Walgreens.Update: my doctor transfer my medicine to another pharmacy but when I called they said you need to cancel the first order with Walgreen if not the insurance will not pay for the medicine,I guess they don't want to cancel it
