Online order was never received per store manager. I told her I'm disabled and can't come into store, she offered no assistance after I showed her my confirmation.
Called customer care and they were even more unempathetic nor did they offer any free delivery (including over-the-counter meds) or apology, only said problems in their system and canceled my order per my request.
Looks like businesses are hiring anything breathing as placeholders now.

Employees are friendly but pharmacy prices are expensive and they don't automatically try to help reduce your out-of-pocket expense like some other pharmacies do ?

Pharmacist is very arrogant and done the absolute bare minimum. When asking questions she only became frustrated that she didn’t read the prescription correctly and when I turned to walked away, she began talking to her coworkers about me and mocking me that I was difficult. Very unprofessional!

Don’t use the photo shop here, they don’t have their equipment and miss place the parts and let you put in orders knowing they don’t have the proper equipment to make your photos

I have been to the Walgreens at Centerville/Kempsville many times and have never had an issue. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The pharmacist has helped as well. The restrooms were always clean and the store was well organized. I sometimes get medicine there, when I need it.

Checking the app is nothing but an act of lunacy! It is never right. It doesn't show what scripts are needing filled, then it takes days if not longer to update them.Don't trust it to tell you when to send in your med refills.

WOW!!! I actually found customer service at this location and my faith in humanity has been restored! What a difference this pharmacy team made over the pathetic group down at Indian River and Kempsville. I am so impressed, thank you for taking the time to care for me.

Came in late at night and Janai (spell check sorry) and Tay were so nice and helpful. Greeted me and help me find everything I needed. Janai even helped me carry my stuff to the car! Thanks so much again ladies! Definitely going above and beyond!

Pharmacy is horrible. No communication, extremely long wait, horrible customer service. Changing to a different provider after this last experience.

I went to this location to take passport photo, the associate “christopher” to help me took about 4 pictures and then went to kiosk to print them. Chose a random picture brightened it and printed. The person with me asked him “ can we pick the picture?” the associate then just looked at us then walked away?? um ok. then put it in a loose folder and handed it to me, then left. did not say one word . So I assumed ok so i guess I go up front to pay ??? Worst experience with this man. I did not know what to expect as this was my first time doing this . I can’t stand rude people for absolutely no reason, because I was kind and polite the entire time. Please don’t take emotions out on a stranger ; do better and act professional. I called walgreens when I got home to understand how the process works and they explained the customers get to pick out their pictures, then I told them the associates name that was written in my receipt and they explained “no one works there by that name “
