Very unsatisfactory. The manager of the pharmacy keeps changing the reason why I can’t get my prescription filled. She told me my Medicaid card was in active, I called from the waiting area and it is active, then she said she didn’t have the insulin I needed but I had already spoke with someone and they did indeed have one vile finally she said because I got my Humalog cartridge ( an emergency pen) type insulin that I could not get my lyspro for my insulin pump. She was unkind and not listening to me at all. I am divested and may be looking to get my prescription elsewhere. Everyone else was kind Today is 05/09/24 and it is now 4:14 I have been here fighting for my insulin since 2:45

I think most of the people here have problems with their eyes??. They kept rolling their eyes at you when you asked questions or had a conversation with them. They acted like we were bothering them or something.
Just be there to get vaccinations. But it takes about 1 hour to get what you want. Especially, Tiffany Ha, the old Asian who disrespected my dad when he asked her some things. Go fix your eyes guys and get some lessons about respecting people even young or old. Or simply quit your jobs. Acting like “ Mean girls” but for what??

Only Walgreens pharmacy that was great to deal with. Most of these people roll their eyes at you.

This particular Pharmacy has the worst customer service. The Pharmacy clerk is incompetent on simple computer skills of checking the Walgreens system of which store has medications in stock. This list provides a quick glance of inventory vice having the customer call each store, listen to the menu, and then tying up the vustomer service line. All due to someone being lazy to pull up one screen. In addition they are very rude wont even let a person talk.

This pharmacy is horrible. They disregard the hours of operation and close whenever they like. I stayed in line for over 30 min while they did not help anyone only to have them close the blinds at 9pm while they had over 4 cars of customers waiting to be helped. They very well knew that people were waiting to be helped. Very disappointed at the level of customer service that they provide. When you are able to talk to an associate they usually have an attitude and just are overall not pleasant to deal with. I think it's past time to find a new pharmacy.

WORST Walgreens. The manager assigned in the afternoon of Christmas day was so rude to us. She was supposed to assist the cashier to give us the discount for a product that was on promo but instead asked us to fall in line when we have already paid for our product. This is not the way how you treat your customer during Christmas and definitely not the way how you treat your regular customer. Now, my family and relatives will definitely not buy here. I hope the owner of this store will make proper action to that manager assigned on that shift if the owner wants to keep what is left of its loyal customers.

Great pharmacy techs and pharmacist! Keep up the great work!Such a difficult job that takes a lot of studying and intelligence to work in such a busy environment. Especially when all pharmacies are understaffed.

This location needs more training on their FedEx returns and pick ups. The instructions from FedEx clearly say " drop off NO printing needed" this Walgreen will not take the package and asks you to print the label, and will refuse to read FedEx instructions, that too with some rudeness "dropping the package and walking away from the counter". doesn't matter if you are right or wrong , you don't need to be rude.

By failing to comply with a simple request they set in motion events that took me half the morning to unravel. When I called to complain all I got was a condescending "yes sir", not even an apology. This isn't the first time they messed up, but it was the worst. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

This Walgreens location is fairly well-organized and easy to navigate. The only issue was checking out as they only had one clerk despite having almost 10 employees working in the store.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! Been without meds since last week and keep getting different information from incompetent pharmacy staff members. Finally, spoke with pharmacist and got completely different info than what the staff gave.

Customer service is always on point when I stop here. I order photos a lot and they are always ready on time. The store is clean and well kept. I tend to buy essentials and photos from this location.
