Let me be VERY clear, I understand having ‘theft deterrents’ onsite but as I am perusing the aisles it can be a bit much. As a 1st time shopper (6 mins away from my office)I came to support the business. A perk. My items were ok. Packaging of some supplies seemed old and I tolerated it. My good friend advised this is a great beauty supply so I will give another shot. I almost wanted to leave without making ANY purchase but stuck to my agenda…..

Went into this store for nail supplies with my boyfriend. We were followed by 3-4 staff members as they loudly talked about how people are stealing from the store relentlessly and how they can’t do anything about it, didn’t think it was directed at us as we are paying customers until this conversation continued for around 15 minutes as they continued to walk past us giving us dirty looks. Put everything I was going to buy in my basket back and left the store, will not be accused of stealing at a place I intend to purchase from.

I always feel welcomed when I come into the store. The owner is always helpful also the ladies that she has working for her are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The prices are good and I always leave out satisfied.

The staff was helpful even tho they have to be cautious of some clients who may enter with sneaky intentions, so they have 2 be on the look-out. Which can make upstanding citizens have to deal with those consequences. Seems to have great variety of stock in beauty hair care and accessories. I was so happy to find the colorful palat of eyelashes such a rare find. Thnx so much for assisting me with finding those beautiful lashes.

I don’t know about ya’ll but I always feel robbed walking out that place. The way they price gouge is ridiculous. I have been a stylist for over 15 years in LA, NYC, Phoenix, and Philly and never spent $10.00 for a $2.99 pack of braiding hair. Every thing in the store is super marked up. I will never shop there again. Black and Brown ppl do not shop there, you are being exploited. And aside from the sky high price the owner with the facial cosmetic surgeries looks crazy. Is she price gouging the Black community to pay for these procedures? See God don’t like ugly

The employees are really nice and really respectful please come by and buy stuff for them cuz they're really cheap and I got stuff for them from their store please come back to the store and check it out

January 2, 2024. My wife was racially profiled and accused of stealing.
My wife was using a reusable shopping bag. Ya know, caring about the environment. Not once was it suggested that using a reusable bag wasn’t allowed. When approached by a store employee, she was asked if she was finding everything okay. She said yes. She was asked to show the contents of her bag and did so. The employee emptied her items out of HER bag, and she was told she was no longer welcome to shop there. The employee assumed she was stealing. Said she looked like she was stealing. WHY WOULD ANYONE STEALING SPEND 30 MINUTES WALKING AROUND AND BROWSING?!
After a moment, my wife asked if using a reusable bag was an issue, to which she received a nonchalant response: “oh, is that what you were doing?” Eventually they realized their ignorant mistake and quickly backtracked, offering an apology and a 10% discount, saying they had a lot of thefts recently. Who cares?! A discount and apology does little to alleviate the emotional distress and embarrassment my wife experienced.
we get the theft happens. it is unacceptable to let this lead to prejudgment and mistreatment of customers.
we will never shop there again.

Went in for some nail supplies. I did notice that a clerk was coincidentally re-stocking right where I was during my visit. No harm--I understand the items are small and can fit in pockets. All went smoothly and both employees were friendly and knowledgeable of the products I had questions with. :)

I have been a customer at this store for over a year now. I went in today using a reusable bag and was racially profiled and accused of stealing without any just cause or evidence. I was in the store for over 30 minutes before an employee came over to “check that I was finding everything okay”. She then proceeded to dump the contents of my bag onto the counter and say that I can no longer shop there.

The only CON is the see through lingerie stocking's display at the entry. I often come in with my granddaughter. I have to distract her when we walk in. This is not a kid_friendly display. I wish they would place it somewhere inconspicuous. Other than that ?

I have been to this many times it is a big nice neat store the prices are high for what you getting. The 100%virgin human hair is NOT ALL HUMAN do not buy human wigs here. I have brought 3different wigs here different brand and the same result happened! The hair gets mangled like it’s a synthetic mix I paid $300 for these wigs too. My advice the BEST store to go to is beauty supply off of holland road next to crunch fitness gym
