“I can’t speak for anyone else, but I was treated like a King when I came in…meaning I had help from the moment I walked in the door. A really sweet girl named Kelli helped me. I was wanting to change my supplement-regimen to something more advanced & proven. I chose the Core Nutritional line. She explained all the pros-&-cons, she even wrote notes on the caps for quick reference. But my really big surprise came when I told her that the Core Nutritional MRP (Meal Replacement Plan) was too sweet for me to drink. Their policy is that you can return it within 3 days unopened. Because of my busy work-&-workout schedule, I couldn’t make it back for nine days…and I had already opened it and had one serving of it. She still bought it back from me and credited that same amount towards another MRP that I could get down with no problems. The time before my last time in, I had asked her if she knew of a water-bottle funnel, and she didn’t have one. But when I went in for the exchange, she had found one for me. Only someone who genuinely cares would go out of their way to find one and hold it for you for your next time in and remember to give it to you. She also made me a sample of the new MRP mix to see if I could drink it. And she gave me a free box of Protein Bars my first time in. No wonder she’s the manager; this girl went above & beyond any other person at any other store. Her knowledge/friendliness/and professionalism really shined through. This is the type of people and service that make a company succeed. I started/owned/operated 4 very successful companies in another state before I moved here over four years ago; and I had over 800 employees over my 27 years of business…and I wish I could have had 20 Kelli’s. Kelli, thanks again!! Whether you stay there or go somewhere else, your attitude alone will make you a success. Thanks for all your help and going the extra mile with me. Your kindness will not soon be forgotten. Bottom Line: this is my new go-to store. I highly recommend it. Ask for Kelli, and tell her that Robert sent you.”

“I went in store to purchase some L citrulline and met big Joe. He was super phenomenal and knowledgeable in not only L citrulline but other supplements products that i always wondered about. There was great conversation and even gave me some suggestions and links to website he recommended to get more educated on fitness and wellness. The conversation was NOT a sales pitch but more about how products work and the benefits of them. I recommend everyone to check out the store and the amazing Big Joe. I left feeling very informed and happy to learn about the product I purchased.”

“Went inside to buy a shaker bottle, but after seeing some specials they had decided to buy more stuff. (Don't judge me) anyway the clerk knew about everything I asked for and ended up only spending a reasonable amount. Don't compare these prices to online because you don't get the same experience. Consider the overhead of a storefront nowadays where you can talk to a real person! Also this store is locally owned and operated and is a franchisee. Please consider these things prior to posting anymore hateful reviews.”

“Ya boi has to lift and GNC helps. I came here today for the second time in the past month. Let this review speak for both experiences.Pros:--> Clean.--> Organized.--> Great staff. He let me know his name, but I forgot it. He's a tall black dude and he's friendly and helpful. Comes off as a good dude.--> Decent selection.Cons:--> They don't have everything. To be fair, this can be true for other locations. I will say this though; the Greenbriar Mall GNC had a larger variety of items.Overall:I'm not going to stop going here. This location and Greenbriar Mall are the two I usually go to anyways. Just consider that there's potentially a better chance of the mall having a better selection.”
