Great customer service! We had a group of 13 shopping on the strip. The lady working helped us all find tshirts we wanted, and also helped me with trying on shoes. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the inventory. We all left happy!

My husband and I visited VA Beach in late August and stopped into the HD store to buy something for my Dad. They could not have been any nicer or any more helpful. They showed us many shirt options and made thoughtful recommendations. We were torn on a size and she was quick to say, "If it doesn't fit, it's not a problem - just give us a call, we'll make sure we have the size you want in stock, then we'll put that aside. Then you can just mail the one you bought to us and we'll mail you the new size once we receive it." Seemed easy enough - almost too good to be true. As luck would have it, the shirt "just" fit, but based on the guidance from the store - knowing it would shrink a bit - we thought it best to size up. I phoned the store and sure enough, just as promised - "Not a problem, let me make sure I have the size you need....yes, I have it here, I will set it aside and as soon as we receive the shirt back from you, we'll mail the new one out." Shipping & Handling to send us the new shirt??? NOPE - they take care of paying for that, can you believe that? Talk about superior customer service! I mailed along the original shirt, thinking, "I'll believe it when I see it" - and sure enough, within 2 weeks turnaround time, I had a new shirt on my doorstep!! I cannot say enough good things about the two ladies running this store. I'd highly recommend visiting. You do not find this kind of customer service very often in today's world. They are doing their part to restore the faith, for sure!

Stopped in for a t shirt and ended up with a shirt a sweatshirt couple of patches and a license plate. They give Veterans discount and are very pleasant,had a great experience.

Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff. Clean and well organized store. Great apparel. It’s Harley Davidson and the prices reflect that.
