My car broke down and waited 3 hours and they never showed up and then they cancelled. USAA searched for another tow truck finally an hour later. Almost 10 pm before I got home. Terrible service. If I ever need a tow again I'll call USAATo get a different company

my car needed a tow from a dealership and my insurance dispatched this terrible unprofessional tow truck company to tow the truck. they damaged my front bumper and never towed my car. on top of that they never told the insurance company or me about them not towing or the damages.

Our insurance company dispatched this tow service. After they did not show at the estimated 2 hour timeslot, we called only to find the mailbox full and be disconnected. Three hours later they were still a no-show. Beach Towing was then dispatched and arrived in 15 minutes and did a great job.
