If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did you lose a customer at This store but your losing a customer in general. We went in to pick up our new iPhone 15s that we were given a deal we were supposed to get them for free just taxes. And an iPad bc of the purchase of the phones. We had to wait for them to come in due to the GB size unfortunately the man who was our sales rep who was wonderful. Was no longer employed. Well the lady. Whose name I found was Shevi Price. We felt with today. Had HORRIBLE customer service sales experience. Spoke to my husband and I like we were stupid. And gave us an attitude the entire time and refused to give us the deal we were offered. At that point I was upset I wanted to just leave I left and as I was leaving she got an attitude and talking down to us as we were walking out . So I told her have the day you deserve. She then called me a b****. If this is how yall are training your employees to treat your customers I want nothing do with your service. Disgusted. I left the store in tears bc the deal I was promised was not only denied to me I was cussed out for being upset which I had every right to be. This interaction occurred last Monday. The next day my husband called the distract manager who didn’t care at all. They seem to think they can do whatever they want because they aren’t corporate owned. Absolutely disgusting. I am well aware my husband also reviewed however I want people to truly be aware about my experience and for them to know who to avoid if they decide to come in this store. Seeing as Ms Shevi Price has no problem cussing out a customer especially in front of children.

Rude disrespectful associate. This location is not a corporate owned store so they will curse you out and bob their head like a bobble head toy. I’ve called Verizon corporate and they are getting involved and doing an investigation on them for calling my wife a B word. The district manager is aware of the situation and said ok and….. i’d suggest going to the military highway location for a better experience because this location does not know how to operate with professionalism and feeds off drama

I would like to acknowledge Alex and Benzamar for going beyond today. I needed a new phone ASAP. Alex advised me that Benzamar will be helping she is in training. He will be assisting. They were so helpful. They provided all the information for my new payments and new phone. Theses two a Great asset to Verizon. Very pleased and professional.

Alex was very professional, courteous, and helpful compared to his subordinate Nick. It’s nice to know as an 18yr Verizon customer that Alex treats and helps Verizon customers as his own since Cellular Sales represents Verizon . Nick should watch and learn from Alex on how customer service is done. Somebody needs to show him how to do his job instead of “trying” to peacock in front of the trainees…

Recently I traded in my Apple iPhone for a new model and signed up to switch my internet service to Fios. Olga was such a great help that 5 stars is not enough. With no pressure she helped me find the right plan for the phone and then guided me through the Fios options. A week later i returned to sign up the package she recommended. Patiently and expertly she took me through the paperwork and made sure that everything was in order. Her professionalism and calm actually made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for such a great salesperson.

Went in today and met up with Aidan. He did a great job in what was a pretty big transaction/upgrade to my family's account. Thanks Aidan! I would definitely recommend the store, as well as working with Aidan on transactions.

I set up a appointment with Alex for new phones. I want him to know he was excellent!!! Although my husband was a difficult customer he surpassed my expectations dealing with him. Thank you Alex!!!! I am enjoying my new phone and so is my husband. It worked in his office ? Thank you Alex for your patience and grace.

I visited this store on 1/9/2024 and had the pleasure of having Nick as my salesperson. He assisted me with purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro Max Plus and even chose all of my accessories. As if that wasn’t enough, he went out in the pouring rain to be sure that they were exactly what I needed for my older car. It gets better. As we were waiting for my data to transfer, Nick brewed me a fantastic coffee complete with cold brew on the top. In less than an hour, I was out the door with new phone in hand, all of its goodies, and a cup of coffee. If I need anything Verizon or Apple related, I am returning to the Fairfield Verizon, and I hope Nick is there!Laura Johnson

Hello. I visited this great store on 1/9/24 and Nick made the experience of buying a new iPhone 15 Pro Max Plus an absolute pleasure. He even picked out all of my accessories and walked out to my car, in the rain, to be sure they would work. To top it off, while waiting for my data to transfer, he made me a delicious coffee complete with cold foam. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour with my new phone set up and all of my accessories. I will definitely visit this store for all of my Verizon and Apple needs, and i hope that Nick is there! Super experience! Laura

I had a wonderful experience today with Olga, who assisted me with replacing my screen protector. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process - hands down the best experience I have had with a Verizon associate/retailer over the 10+ years I have been a customer. Big shoutout to Olga for the exceptional service she provided!

We were at the Providence Store yesterday and had the most enjoyable experience with Cole! We were there for quite some time upgrading our phones and setting up new watches but Cole was patient and great to hang with! He also was very helpful with upgrading our plan to best fit what we needed. Thanks so much Cole!
