I have had Verizon over 10 years with no issues. The last time I tried to upgrade my phone has given me the most issues I’ve ever experienced. Calvin was the sales rep helping me and at first he seemed nice but I learned that quickly changed as he’s just a greedy sales person like the rest of them. I was told 3 different things in regards to my trade in phone and had to keep calling to ensure it was fixed. They tell you it’s a promotion running to get you to trade your phone in and then don’t honor the promotion or give you false information. I was told I’d get $211 as a trade in amount then the rest of it would be taken off the monthly bill in increments (totaling $830) then was recently charged back the $211 as a one time charge. Verizon is nothing but crooks and this location specifically knew exactly what they were doing. So glad I kept all my receipts and will be taking this to corporate. Why even offer it in the first place if you’re not going to honor it. PLEASE BEWARE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. MAYBE EVEN SWITCH CARRIERS.
If they can do this to a long time customer, no telling what they do to the new ones.

Yesterday I spent a few hours with Colt and he helped me so much!! Got my phone working, got me the best deals for phone service and he truly cared about me and every single person that came into his store! What an amazing employee Verizon has- 25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Colt!

I love Verizon Wireless. I have had the best service in all places I have used my iPhones worldwide out in the middle of the ocean, on the pier in Bahrain, at the psych hospital in Bahrain. The whole experience since I have been in high school out in Idaho using Verizon Wireless has been amazing. A+ 100% service. I want to give recognition to these agents @ the Lynnhaven Mall Verizon: Shane, Mike & Angela. Their services are amazing. I received far better results & it was done proficiently compared to the time & sometimes not being noticed at the Apple Store. I will always remember how they cared about me & my best interests. My business with Verizon will always remain a contract of strong bond. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1 Terabyte in blue titanium. I recently upgraded from my gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 1 Terabyte. I love that they have changed their best unlimited plan to work internationally with the same strength, perks, service as here in America. God Bless Verizon Wireless.

We were served by Angelina, switching out our ancient iPhone 8s for iPhone 14s. She was extraordinarily helpful, not only in getting us the best deal we could. She was very clear in her explanations, very patient and pleasant with us, and very knowledgeable about the service, app installation, etc. on our new phones. Highly recommended.

This review is for Colt at this Lynnhaven Verizon Store. He was incredibly kind and helpful and even helped us save some money on our monthly bill! We were with him for well over an hour and he was patient with all of our questions and needs! OTHER Verizon stores have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store. All this Lynnhaven’s Verizon employees were kind ESPECIALLY COLT!!!!Thank you Colt for your impeccable service!

Even though there have been snags in the process through Verizon corporate, Brianna has been so understanding and so helpful and patient. I must say I had the most absolute pleasure of working with Calvin Knight aka CK at this store. He helped me get put of a terrible plan with T-Mobile For Business and switched me over to Verizon for Business. My service is much better, got a great jetpack for wifi Hotspot, and dual sim for my business. He went above and beyond to make sure my account was in order and I wouldn't work with anyone else but him. I recommend CK if you have any business needs

You know when you walk into a business in the middle of the day on a random Wednesday and all 3 co-workers look up like you are interrupting because the store is a ghost town- well we interrupted and now its costing my whole day! I was sent in for a Sim card and was immediately asked if I knew my pin and told if I did not remember the pin, I only had 3 chances. I was then asked if the shared account holder could receive email and instead of waiting for the account holder to get to the secure location as we communicated that it may take longer than 2 min. they fired off all 3 of the text so that they had expired by the time he walked from the office to his car and they could not send them again. Its so very disrespectful to involve a third party and then not even wait for them, knowing the text have a time limitation, and that if they expire you will not have to give the customer the support they need. I was then given the sim card and told to call customer service but I did not have a working phone. After talking with customer service for two hours, the issue still wasnt resolved and it has something to do with the original sim card given by the original 3 unhelpful co-workers. So now Im going to have to go to my second Verizon store to get a new sim card but somehow I have a feeling this issue is going to be resolved very easily and swiftly and could have been trouble shot in the first Verizon store if they had wanted to. 5hrs and counting on just getting a loaner phone from apple activated by verizon while mine is being repaired is unsatisfactory. Apple had excellent customer service however.

Bought 2 new phones, was charged $40.00 each to transfer data to new phones but didn't even get half transferred to new phones.then had the nerve to charge me $40.00 for a case that you can get on eBay for $15.00. They will stick it to ya every chance they get.

I had an issue with my phone and I spoke with Camryn. She was very meticulous and took her time. I wanted to give recognition for her helping and taking her time to make my phone run like new. I'm 79 years old almost 80, and it means a lot to me. Verizon is the best!
