“I've been coming to lava vape since I was able to smoke. Back in 2018! My fiance recently moved here from Kentucky and we needed too get him new coils and can't forget the juice. The man behind the bars name was Jeff. He was amazing. We ran into a slight error with the coils and asked for assistance and we had his full attention. He was amazing and thanks to him we got my fiances vape working properly again! Highly recommend they will always take great care of you. And from previous personal experience, they are super friendly, help whenever you need it, and give AMAZING recommendations! “Came in yesterday with friends and Ryan was super chill and helped us out when we needed. I bought the giant inflatable RAW joint and it did not disappoint. The variety of flavors of their cigar wraps were great too, it took me a while to figure out what I wanted, but ended up with a mango lemonade swisher and Ryan was dope to tell me what was good and stayed patient while we all shopped. Everyone walked out with something new, so if you’re looking to just window shop, it’ll be hard. 5/5, great energy, great products, great people. ?”

“Been shopping w Mike since I noticed the shop at Fairfield, and have continued to do so after their move to Princess Anne. Mike's a genuinely kind person - he's always asking how the kids/wife are doing and my kids love coming along to say hi. He keeps me in the know on new products he gets in, and his prices are def reasonable for the area (esp. bulk kratom... hard to beat). He even coordinated w my wife on a scheme to surprise me with goodies for my xmas stocking. 10/10, 5 stars, Olympic-level customer service. I don't write reviews, but when double-checking his opening time, I saw some reviews calling him rude. You're gonna get back what you put in, just like anywhere else... if you show up and whip your entitlement out and lay it on the counter, don't be shocked if your experience mirrors your attitude.”

“I actually really like this shop. It is very convenient for me. They have a great selection of whatever you may need from a smoke shop. Although I will say the last few times going here I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. The very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable little girl that they have it there now. And for that I will not be back. I tried to go in there and buy a new vape and she couldn't tell me anything about the products they sold there. So I went somewhere else. I have asked about other items and she has dismissed it without even looking to see if the item is in stock. I have tried several times including today, because I like this place and this little girl ruins it every time. I highly suggest coming from someone who knows how to treat customers and clients because my job is based on customer service....Get yourself a new employee. I also did call another location who gave me a manager number to discuss this which nobody answered.1/24/19”

“Came to get some new goods. The dude was really knowledgeable and showed me all different kinds of vapes. I settled on the blue razz fizz or whatever and the Tyson frozen peach. He had me test them out in the store to make sure they worked and he showed me how to change the air flow levels to my liking. That was really nice and helpful. I paid with cash and got a discount, which was great. It was a good buy and I love that it's so close to my house. I'll def be back.”
