Every time I have to go to USPS I get a lecture from one of the employees about one thing or another. They treat you like you're stupid and they are doing a favor for you by gracing you with their time. When you walk in and there are 3 people at the desks, they don't even talk to you. They just stare at you like they are daring you to approach their station. I tried to walk up to one and she just shook her head at me. I truly don't understand what is up all of their butts, but I don't appreciate the treatment I get there every time.

Patricia was super rude and unhelpful the whole time. Box needed to be taped up, she refused to help, saying "that's not my job", and made me buy the tape when I know they have some laying around they can use. Told me to "hurry up" because I accidentally left my wallet in the car (which was right outside and took me less than a minute to get). I know it's the Postal Service and you probably hate your job, but I work customer service at my job as well and I have to put up with a lot, but even I am not this rude to customers.

I do not like this usps, i have never had a good experience there. the two male workers are always so rude and treat me like i am dumb and like im supposed to know how they do their job. I’ve been there multiple times simply to do a return, they are never able to scan the QR code forcing me to go to fedex and printout the label. This week my deployed boyfriend quested me on sending a couple boxes to his base overseas, the first guy i spoke to simply figure out how i was supposed to fill out the address box considering i have never done this before, kept saying i was interrupting him and that if i kept asking questions we were gonna be there all day. Thank god when i finished filling out all the forms a female worker showed up and was extremely helpful. She didn’t once make me feel stupid for not knowing how to send a package overseas. but the two male clerks act like they’re doing you the biggest favor in the world and like you being there is such an inconvenience for their day. unfortunately i will be coming back to this location because it is the closest one to me, i just hope the nice lady is there whenever i do.

The worst! They need to brush up on what is an envelope, and what is a package. I'm not paying $5+ to mail what should be large envelope according to 5 other locations. Ups here I come.

I sent out a package on Monday by dropping it in the chute in the lobby. Today is Saturday, the shipping hasn’t updated. So I go in in person with the bar code and tracking number ready in hand, and tell the old white guy (from the sound of these reviews, probably “Dave”, but I did not read a name tag on him) what’s going on, and that I’d like to check on this package. He says “No, it’s fine.” What?? “We just haven’t been scanning packages for the last two weeks, it’s too much.”It’s GOING to be too much when people get wise and start bringing every package to the counter and asking for a receipt so you HAVE to scan it. I understand the postal service is swamped this time of year. Heck, I even understand slacking off a little. But responding with “No, it’s fine” like that’s supposed to do anything for me?If nobody in USPS scans this package on the way to it’s destination and the customer decides to open a complaint ticket saying they never got it, I could be out $40 AND $40 worth of clothes. Happy holidays!

This was the worst experience I ever had at any post office. We moved here and wanted a pobox to safely have a place for our mail. We paid 3 weeks in advance so we could just pick up the keys.In the first interaction, the female clerk just looked at the lease, and when we explained about getting the pobox, her exact words were, "I can't help you right now, but that guy can." And walked away. The other guy just sent us 20 mins out of the way to the disbursement center to pick up the keys. After we got there and waited a good 5 mins they clerk was very upset that we were directed there and was told to go back to that original post office to pick up the keys.We returned just to find a line almost out the door. The clerk procced to yell across the lobby past everyone if we got our keys. I responded that we were redirected back and she rolled her eyes and looked lost.

Stay far far away from this location. Dave is a terrible human. Condescending that I couldn’t figure out the tape and tried to “teach” me. I then moved over to a female employee in line but Dave proceeded to yell at me and make me feel horrible. I will never walk in there again. I left crying. All because I was trying to ship a clothing item for Poshmark. I regret ever stepping foot in there.

Very friendly post office. It's small but efficient, especially when David is there, he's great. But all of them are great.

I love this place. A real hidden gem, and because it's relatively unknown, usually never super busy. Always friendly staff and great service, I have a LOT of respect for our postal workers as the USPS doesn't get treated all that well by Congress and our politicians. When I thing of everything that the USPS has done for me personally over many decades, they are heros. In any case, this particular store is one of my all time favorites. Keep in mind that sometimes it can be difficult to find a parking spot near the front of the store, but there are tons of parking in the general vicinity, even if not the easiest to navigate (and not the fault of the USPS!). Highly recommended.

Hidden USPS here at this strip mall.I've lived here for years and had no idea this was even here until I was in the area about 6 months ago and needed to mail something, googled what is closest and found this.I was certain GPS was wrong but no - here it is!Staff inside are typically rude and not at all helpful, acting like it pains them to do work.It will get the job done - but it's not where I'll head in the future unless I'm already nearby.

Everybody that has helped me here has always been so nice. I go out of my way to come to this location because of the smiling faces!

Rude. The old white guy in the middle is rude and acts as if he’s doing you a favor by doing his job, and the black guy in the 1st spot is always rude and short. He doesn’t listen and cuts you off while speaking. Dealt with them both separately several times. Not one pleasant experience. Going to start using FedEx and UPS more. Rates are a little more on some items but they are at least pleasant to deal with.On top of that. This year, I’ve had 2 priority mailed items just go missing. With ZERO help
