DO NOT USE USPS...If you want your package to actually arrive at its destination do not use USPS. Im pretty sure they are stealing packages. They get scanned in as in possession and never leave the post office. The entire system is automated, theres no way to speak to a human, its just a run around of filing "online claims" and "missing mail" inquiries.

They rejected my change of address and are deliberately sending my mail to the wrong address. Now I have to waste my time by going back with my ID, which they needed to do the request in the first place.

This post office is the worst!! No professionalism and they only have one person working the front desk. Terrible service and the line is out the door!!

Mean people. Just mean people. It’s holiday time and I am asking this lady for help, as my friend mistakenly sent a parcel with a gift to the address I used to live at, but with a different apartment number. The lady was the rudest, Jesus, why?? I come up to the window, and say “I also have an issue.. “ (as the lady before me also had some problem and she was sent to a supervisor), and she goes: “Yeah, everybody does!”, I am explaining the issue and she looks at me like I am stupid: “Well, it’s up to the people who live there”, “Well, how long ago was it, yesterday, a week ago, a month ago??”, “Well, we know normal people check their mail every week, so that parcel is out of that mailbox, we know that, right??” And I am looking at her listening, and asking, maybe we can ask the employee who puts the mail in our area next time they put mail for that address, see if the parcel is still in that mailbox and they can take it out and put it in my mailbox? (I mean who knows, maybe people were out on vacation and didn’t check their mail, cause I went to the place twice and nobody opened the door). And she looks at me again, and “Well..”, obviously she doesn’t want to make an effort to help. I asked: “So you can’t help at all?”, and I don’t remember what she said already, but she continued on with her “Well..”. Careless. Honestly - just makes me want to cry because of careless and rude people like her. I just walked out on her, I couldn’t, standing there in front of all the people in line asking for help and she’s making a fool of me. It wouldn’t be that hard to say: “Ugh, I am sorry for all this happening. Hey, probably the only thing we can do at this point is to ask the mailman to check for your parcel he delivers to that address, but if it’s not there - unfortunately, legally we’re not allowed to go to that person’s apartment and knock at the door, etc. I wish I could help more!”. That’s it, that simple, at least try!!
You guys constantly delivered mail and parcels to my old address that was addressed to different people, and I made an effort to drop those parcels and mail to those people’s doors, even though it’s your mistake!!! And here when I have an issue - you just talk to me rudely and not willing to help. Shame on you being like this when there is so much bad things happening in the world and people go through a lot. Start with yourself!!

A guy came in today that did not speak English and instead of trying to help him the clerk (short caucasian woman) was rude and condescending. It was sad to watch. I asked if anyone inside spoke Spanish but unfortunately no one did. They need a better system to accommodate EVERYONE! Aside from that, my visit was quick,

This post office lost two checks that I had been waiting a month for. This set me back on so much. They need to be investigated because this process has been so stressful. And I still haven't gotten my checks.
